Excellent Get-a-Way

Super grateful to be able to stay at this house. Two families were able to spend time together, cook together, swim & kayak together-- and we could do so AFFORDABLY. Host was very responsive when contacted. Would stay again.

Happy Weekend Getaway

We felt right at home at this clean, equipped, and comfortable home. We spent time in the pool (no heater needed in July) and watching TV in the great room on the plushy couches. The neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed for cooking, coffee, swimming, and washing clothes. They even had beach supplies. We hope to come back soon.

The home was elegant and the pool was nice. There was more paperwork and notices than we have experienced at any of our other airbnb or vrbo locations. Per the rules, bring your own garbage bags (surprised us). Location was great. Master bed was very comfortable. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

Definitely not a good experience

Dirty - Previous tenant left same day we arrived. Unit was not cleaned properly, if at all. Pool Heater - Charged for pool heater, then told it would take days to heat. Our booking was only 2 days. Why charge for it? Meanwhile, husband in the background saying we needed to pay it as we had already been in pool. Um, pool is part of house? Shower Head - Broken and would spray water all over the bathroom. We advised they ignored. Guest book showed previous guest was also ignored when he advised of the problem. Master bath - bathtub clogged. We had to shower in standing water. Checkin - We paid at booking, yet kept receiving messages from owner requesting payment. She blames VRBO. However, the booking and payment were under my name. She left contract under my daughter's name. This makes me question her ability to use their system efficiently. Personal information - Multiple contracts with previous tenants personal information left on counter. Gas and Grill - Turned grill on and the whole patio filled with smoke. She blamed previous tenants. Guess the cleaning fee isn't for cleaning? House rules say that if the gas runs out while you are using it you are responsible to go fill it. ???? Why exactly would you pay to fill gas you didn't waste? The house and location were good, but the upkeep and owner are not up to par. Sadly, they don't seem to believe we deserve a clean and properly kept property when we rent.

The property was fantastic in every sense! Melinda was very communicative and amazing to work with. Home had everything you could ask for, especially the kitchen. Will be returning when back in FL!

Spring Hill firs ttrip

We had an amazing stay at this location. We celebrated Christmas with my daughter and favorite Son-in-Law. We also celebrated my 58th birthday right after Christmas. We were blessed with nice weather both days and with a heated pool; we played in the pool both days.

Great area

Located close to stores and recreation this property made our stay very enjoyable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog Willie. He also liked walking around the neighborhood meeting some very friendly people. The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. Had a great time. Everything in the listing was accurate. Enjoyed the pool and having a fenced in yard for our dogs. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully won't have to leave early again due to another hurricane.

Great house! Great visit with family!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus the 4 local family members who hung out with us during the day while we were there visiting. The spacious living discs with 6!! recliners was pure heaven! The salt water pool were gorgeous and even though it rained off and on we took every advantage of it. The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked for every meal we prepared. There are plenty of towels for everyone and for swimming and the master bedroom bed was soooo comfy. We had an absolute blast and highly recommend this property.
