Charming house

This freshly renovated house awaits you for a peaceful stay.
The cottage is 10 minutes from Veules des Roses, Saint Valéry.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a toilet (two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a single bed), plus a library area and sofa
On the ground floor a large living room, a room, a kitchen equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave..)
a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom (washing machine, shower and bath) and a separate toilet.
All with underfloor heating and electric shutters.
Outside two parking spaces, a lounge and garden table, all on an enclosed grounds. Smokers will be welcome if they smoke outside the house.

Je cherchais un gite pour être avec mes enfants et petits-enfants proches d'un lieu d'un grand rassemblement familial. Et en plus clos, fonctionnel, sans trop d'objets fragiles à l'intérieur (les petits-enfants ont 2ans et demi), proche de la mer et de ma mère. Ce gite a répondu à nos attentes et la grand-mère que je suis a apprécié dormir en bas en laissant l'étage aux plus jeunes et pouvoir vivre à son rythme le matin .

Agréable séjour dans une maison pleine de charme

Maison spacieuse et joliment décorée, située dans un petit village calme non loin de nombreux sites à visiter. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire qui a, à cœur, que le séjour se déroule bien. Le jardin clos, le stationnement au sein de la propriété, et le salon de jardin sont un plus.
