Above Aschau, 3 km from the centre, 5.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 5.5 km from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 3.2 km, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 3.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Gondola lift 5.5 km, skisport facilities 5.5 km, ski bus stop 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen, Kaltenbach 5.5 km, Zillertal Arena, Zell 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Next to the holiday home, the owners cultivate an organic farm. Children will find many animals to play with and you can fully enjoy without the daily stress of the unspoiled beauty of the Zillertal. When the snow conditions are favorable, expert skiers will return to the ski slopes at home through the meadows .

Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Bathroom, sep. WC. Patio. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance. Due to the location, the apartment is cool in summer. Pets are only allowed in summer. No pets in winter.

Würden wieder kommen

Wir waren soweit zufrieden. Freundliche Besitzer. Es war alles sauber. Die Betten waren für mein Geschmack zu hart. Was ich vermisst habe war ein Fön. Man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht von da oben.

Med venlig og hjælpsom vært

Vi havde kælderlejligheden. Til denne var egen terrasse med fantastisk udsigt samt egen p-plads lige ved døren. Fin størrelse lejlighed med fint udstyret køkken. Desværre var dyner og senge fugtige ved ankomst og lejligheden var meget kold og fugtig om aftenen/natten så vi måtte sove med masser af tøj på selvom der var 30 grader om dagen. Vi bad værten tænde for varmen til sidst da vi ikke kunne holde det ud. Det hjalp lidt men tror han slukkede igen samme dag.

We appreciate the feedback and would like to confirm that there is an external sensor that monitors the temperature outside, in order to regulate the heatings on the inside. Therefore if it warm outside the heating will not work. The dampness in the summer is mentioned previously, depending on the weather situation. If it gets too cold, the owner can provide more blankets.

Krásné okolí, výhled, klid. Ale - apartmán zapáchající, což majitelka řešila postříkáním desinfekčním silně aromatickým sprejem. Zápach ze starého nábytku a koberců. Načichlé byly i lůžkoviny. Postel nevyhovující, proležená drátěná matrace. Spousty much, zřejmě od vepřů - vzdálenost kotce 20 m. Dva dny z důvodu poruchy netekla teplá voda.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits von Aschau

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Wohnung groß, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Einfache Ausstattung, aber ausreichend, für den Preis unschlagbar. Toller Blick in die Berge und ins Tal. Sehr steile, schmale kurvige Straße hinauf zur Unterkunft, ca. 2,5 km oberhalb von Aschau. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Verouderd appartement aan opknap toe

Het was een koud appartement en temperatuur kon niet zelf geregeld worden. We hebben wel extra dekens gekregen op vraag. Soms geen warm water. De matrassen waren te oud en zakten door en uitstekende veren staken in je lijf. Geen dampkap of raam dichtbij kookvuur. Mooi, rustig en hoog gelegen. Wij hadden een garage. Er was een trampoline en een overdekte buitenplek. De algmene oppervlakken waren schoon maar er was niet gepoetst onder bedden of kasten. Vieze tapijten.

Prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding

Wij hebben met ons gezin van vier (twee jonge kinderen van 4 en 8 jaar) onze wintersport doorgebracht bij ... Het appartement is gedateerd, maar voor de rest prima. Een pluspuntje: Als een van de weinigen heeft dit appartement een oven. Erg handig!

Bewertung Ferienwohnung

Super Lage fast 500 m über dem Zillertal. Meine Frau und ich hatten eine riesige Ferienwohnung für 5 Personen (3 Zimmer, Bad und Toilette). Sauber, schon etwas älter hinsichtlich Renovierung. Für den gezahlten Preis erhält man im Zillertal kaum eine derartige Ferienwohnung. Super toller Vermieter.

Die Unterkunft hat uns weder überrascht noch enttäuscht. Es war alles so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Wer mehr Trubel und Nähe zu den Liften braucht, ist hier falsch. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben es genossen.
