Modern 3 Bdr Home on a Canal with a Heated Pool

This modern waterfront home in South Gulf Cove is perfect for a family get away. The open concept home is bright, open and relaxing. The rooms are large enough to spread out. There is a two car garage and large circle driveway. The living room and dining area open up to screened patio. The pool is heated for the cooler evenings. There of office has a full size futon.

I am always available by phone. We do not live in the area and are only there at random times.

This home is located in South Golf Cove of Port Charolette. It is a quiet neighborhood close to Charolette Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. There are parks close by and the Beaches are about 15 minutes away.

There is plenty of parking in the large circle driveway.

The master bedroom has a walk in closet, bedside USB ports, and a slider to the outside patio. It has a large master-bath with double shower heads and a wall mount commode. The kitchen includes a wine refrigerator, breakfast bar, large fridge, oven and microwave.

There is a large circle driveway for parking. You can travel by boat or car from this location to local beaches and restaurants. We are a short walk from San Domingo Park.

There property is close to parks, 15 - 20 minutes from beaches. It is about a 30 boat ride out of the neighborhood canals to big water. The closest airport is Punta Gorda followed by Ft. Meyers.

We had an amazing week at this house. Extremely clean and modern. Fit our needs perfectly. We had 4 couples and never felt cramped always had enough space for everyone. Pool area was very nice. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods. We definitely go back!

Great house in a great location

House looks like photos-clean in a nice neighborhood that is centrally located to restaurants and local towns of interest. Check in code didn't work but they got back to us in moments, check in/out smooth as can be. Property very clean with nice gift and waters in the fridge-a nice touch.

Home away from home

Hedi was super accommodating as a week stay turned into nearly a month while our home was being renovated from Hurricane Ian. Her home is clean, welcoming and has everything you need for cooking and basic cleaning. We very much enjoyed our stay here and we can’t thank her enough for allowing us to continue to extend our stay when we needed it! Our only issue we encountered was an over influx of ants. This is an amazing house. We enjoyed the pool and screened porch. This house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and with 3 couples it worked out nicely. The beds are so comfortable. The hosts are great to work with and responded quickly to our text message.

Stunning property

Property is gorgeous! We have stayed at many VRBO rentals in the US and internationally and this home was by far the most beautiful and meticulously clean. Had a couple of questions our first day and Heidi was very quick to respond. The layout of the home was perfectly designed. The master suite with a shower to die for is separated from the bedrooms at the other end of the house, also with their own private bathrooms so this is be perfect for two or three couples or parents traveling with their teens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible need. I brought a couple of things from home and quickly found out that was completely unnecessary. The pool was also a delight. I love the fact that the pool is outside and not screened in. There is a screened in area overlooking the pool with a tv where we spent our nights watching movies. If you are interested in renting a boat I highly recommend Sandbarz Boat Rental. Bryan and Stephanie were awesome. If you are a fisherman and need any fishing gear go to Fishin' Franks Bait and Tackle, the guys there are all very helpful and is an experience in itself. We like to travel to different areas and experience different properties but I have to say I would definitely return to this one. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing time!!
