Nestled between the Baltic Sea and the marina is this modern holiday home over 2 floors in OstseeResort Olpenitz. The house is situated in the 1st row to the water, so that you can enjoy a marvellous view of the hustle and bustle from your terrace. High-quality garden furniture including two deckchairs invite you to sunbathe, and an electric barbecue is also available here. A second terrace on the south side of the house offers another place to sunbathe and relax. There is also a bicycle shed at the house where you can store the bicycles you have brought with you.



Behind you lies the Baltic Sea with its beautiful dune landscape and the neighbouring long sandy beach all the way down to Schönhagen. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, you don't have to miss out on the view of the waves and boats in the harbour from the cosy, bright living area. You can also make yourself really cosy in front of the wood-burning stove in the cooler months of the year. Your small, private wellness paradise is located on the upper floor of the house: the infrared sauna and the large corner bathtub with bubble function are simply wonderful places to relax.



Both bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs. The sofa in the living room can be converted into two comfortable beds. There are fly screens on the bedroom windows, the window in the staircase and on the patio door.



Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and the holiday home is all the more cosy.

Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The harbour basin is not officially open for swimming due to the current conditions; however, the Baltic Sea beach is only a stone's throw away from the house. Please also note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.
