Perfect VRBO for our water polo team while in Texas for Junior Olympics. Was exactly as billed, so everyone had their own bed with our 10 players in the bunk room and game room. Really well located - we were 5 minutes from the Lewisville pool and 30 minutes from the Garland pool. Kitchen worked great for dinners and breakfast. Great communication from the team- super responsive! Would absolutely stay here again

The hosts were incredibly attentive and the home was comfortable and convenient for our stay. The wifi didn't work well, but the hosts assured us that they were replacing the router asap and reimbursed some of our cost for the inconvenience.

The property was a good value for the price. Deserving of 5-stars, but with some minor notes.It is a little worn, especially the flooring and some of the walls. The grill could use some love. We opted not to use it after all.Host was great!! We had a good time and all slept well during our conference stay. Easy check in and out.Clear communication

We had a great stay at this property. A few highlights -- the swingset in the back was in perfect condition, the wifi was strong, the beds were comfortable, and the pans we used in the kitchen were good quality.

Quiet Getaway

We stayed here to visit Grapevine for Christmas. Very cool place and great for visiting the very busy Grapevine area, but having a quiet get away after the hustle and bustle.

House was great for our purpose! Board meeting for YMSL. I loved to be able to walk the neighborhood at night. The finish outs in the house are 50/50. Love what you have done with m any things but the stairs are an issue - I'm in real estate so just being honest. Loved it and thank you so much!

We are glad you had a great stay, and the Board meeting was successful. This home was built in 1990 - there is no way to change the architecture of the staircase - the stairs are functional as designed and built in 1990. The handrail is stable. We are glad you like the comfy, cozy layout.
