We rented this house as a central location to get together with our three kids, their spouses, and 6 grandkids, to celebrated our 50th anniversary.
The beds were comfortable and the bedroom/bathroom layout was nice. The four younger grandkids slept in the downstairs den on the couches and mattresses in the flour.
The modular recliners in the living room were a big plus.
I gave 3 stars on location, but should probably explain. The yard is huge, which is nice; it gives you a sense of being rather isolated. The immediate neighborhood is rather junky, but the distant views of the mountains are fantastic; so it's a mixed bag. We definitely enjoyed visiting on the rear patio and watching the sunset.
Overall I would highly recommend this as a place to comfortably accommodate small groups.
