About this property

Award-winng spacious, pet friendly, newly remodeled 2000 square ft colonial revival home, original gumwood trim, grand staircase, and hardwoods throughout. Guests have full access to the entire home save for an in-law suite, and the backyard. But do have access to the entire front yard and pet friendly side yard. The house has large lockable rooms that include a/c, TV and office space. Home includes full kitchen, and an entertainment room, 1.5 baths. The upstairs one includes a tub/shower combination with a soaking tub, hand-held shower, and grab bar. The second includes a bidet. We are less than ten minutes to SUNY Geneseo, and five minutes from Letchworth State Park -- The Grand Canyon of the East. Close to many of the Finger Lakes, local wineries, Lake Ontario, and the Genesee Valley hiking trails.

Quiet and Cozy

Perfect location for our weekend stay to see family in the area. Super comfy beds and quiet location. My grandson especially enjoyed the lego toys and games in the living room. We enjoyed our stay!

Great spot to explore Letchworth

Great experience, easy to communicate with Shaun. Wonderful property for families, spacious kitchen, lovely family room. Overall an authentic cottage experience.

Great place for a family to stay!

The house is a comfortable fit for 7-8 people, and it’s in great condition for such an old place. The kitchen has all you need if you plan to make food at home. There are a good number of things to do in the area, such as rock climbing, horse riding, rafting, beautiful trails, and more. I recommend checking out the Letchworth State park - really close by with a lot of things to do. The hosts were also very nice and easy to communicate with. I just wish the house had another bathtub or shower, but other than that, it was a great experience!

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful in a nice quiet area right outside of Letchworth State Park! The location is super convenient for those going to the park. It was quite spacious for our party of four; there are so many places to sleep. We loved our stay and plan to rebook when we go back to Letchworth!
