Lovely apartment in perfect position

This is a fantastic apartment overlooking the base nautique and a short walk from the town. Huge balcony, everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, nice seaside-themed plates, cool bedrooms in the back of the apartment. We went for a sailing event and it couldn't have been any better.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment has everything you could need for a holiday in Carnac. It is directly opposite the base nautique, a short walk from the town, 10 mins by bike to the supermarket. The terrace is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. There is bike storage. Highly recommended.

Stromanschluss WohmZ und Dusche; Schimmelbefall in der Dusche und hinter Abwaschmaschine, deren Filter, deren Gummidichtung sehr schmutzig (wohl nie gereinigt); Wasserkocher verkalkt; Balkontür Schlafzimmer verfault, konnte nicht geschlossen werden; Schwimmer im WC hat sich immer wieder gelöst; allgemmeiner Zustand der Küche: unsauber, vieles klebte. Nach Reklamation am 1, Tag bzgl. Zustand der Dusche wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies nur möglich sei wenn wir auf die Dusche verzichten!

Séjour face à la mer

Séjour formidable face a l'océan, logement très bien situé, proche du centre Carnac Plage, avec au pied de l' immeuble le Petit train touristique qui fait découvrir les Alignements de Carnac. On sent que ce logement à une histoire familiale. Très confortable et agréable. Avec parking privé arrière. Magnifique terrasse bien agencée plein sud.

Appartement très bien placé.Parking super. Acces aisé.Ascenseur très utile pour handicapés.Relativent calme malgré situation sur avenue.Bonne isolation phonique, sauf pourWC. Sur terrasse, rembarde en plexi mériterait une toile (amovible) pour éviter aux piétonnes la tentation de plonger leur regard dans l'appart.Store très bien. Logement clair et agréable dans l'ensemble.Placards de cuisine mal commodes.Ouverture des portes fenêtres des chambres peu pratique.Pas de garage vélos.Super appart.

Great location

Needs some modernisation in kitchen and shower. Good size appartment. Deck chairs have damp spots on. Well equipped. Views excellent good location. Would stay here again.
