Very nice, clean, accommodations with a beautiful view of the quiter side of Grand Lake. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was stocked very well. Would rent this property again.

The property was very well maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. The water going into the dock was very shallow, getting the boat in and out was interesting.

Very clean and I love the decorations. The dishwasher was a blessing with our big group. The back porch area was our favorite hangout spot, loved watching the waterfowl at the lake. The fire pit was the next favorite area to relax at in the evening. The host was very easy to work with and helped when we needed them.

Nice location if you are looking to enjoy nature and relax with a beautiful lake view. Was perfect for our family-kids and grandkids! This was our 2nd time staying at this place. We really had a great time!

The property is beautiful and quiet. Had a great weekend there whole family enjoyed it. If your going with a large group bring some larger cookware, wasnt much there but the bbq is pretty good size.

In every place my family, friends, and I have ever stayed, we are out early on the last day. Except for this property. My god-grandson insisted we stay 3 more tomorrows. We all enjoyed the nice big yard, the fenced in dog area, and the gorgeous views of the water and wildlife, but no one more than him- and the swing had a lot to do with that. If you were in the area, you would have heard his laughter and excitement across the bay. My Merlin app was having a hard time keeping up with all the birds. I saw an Osprey catch a fish! Herons rested on the dock and in the yard! Every where we looked there was something fantastic to see. We'll bring the kayaks next time. The house easily accommodated our large group. It was amazing to have all all our kitchen needs met and to all be seated together at the same generous table. There were plenty of comfortable spots with plenty of privacy. The sprayer on the sink malfunctioned and the host replied within minutes. Do beware "dispatched" armadilloes are relocated to the beach for the vultures. It could be quite startling if you aren't expecting it, but also offers circle-of-life discussion opportunities and some interesting photos. 10 out of 10. Recommend!

This place was the best family home on the lake that we have found so far. We had space (& acceptance of the dogs) for everyone! It was so easy to take the kayaks to the water with the permission to drive down close. Will definitely keep this house on our radar for future trips!

Family get together at Grand Lake

There were 18 of us in total and there was plenty of space in this house and a lot to do there as well. The owners were great to work with and we had fun in the area as well. Would definitely go here again!

Destination Thanksgiving

Our family stayed here as a close-to-home Thanksgiving getaway. The house was perfect with plenty of room for us to play games, put together puzzles and crafts. We had a fire and made s’mores. It was wonderful!
