About this property

Lakefront House, Sleeps 20, Boat Dock, 5 miles from I-44, One hour from Tulsa

Nestled along the shores of Grand Lake, this exquisite 2000 square foot farmhouse-style abode stands as a testament to idyllic living. With panoramic vistas that defy description and a tranquil waterside haven, this residence offers an unparalleled escape from the everyday.

Exciting news! We've added a suite with a king bed, a comfortable full size futon, and a stunning lakeside view. It can increase the sleeping capacity to 20. However if your group is smaller we can block the suite and reduce the rate. Please lets us know what works best for you group.

Step inside, and the home's heartwarming embrace envelopes you. A carefully crafted layout seamlessly merges cozy comfort with airy expansiveness, providing an ideal setting for gatherings both intimate and grand. The pièce de résistance: a magnificent 9-foot dining table that beckons to become the epicenter of countless shared memories over delectable meals.

Outside, a world of leisurely luxury unfolds. The covered 36' x 12' patio, mere steps from the dining room, becomes a canvas for relaxation and enchantment. Underneath the open sky, three tables and chairs invite al fresco dining, while a 13-foot sitting bench provides a tranquil vantage point. The rhythm of life slows down as you sway gently on the porch swing or cradle yourself in the hammock. And when day surrenders to twilight, the fire pit ignites, casting an enchanting glow that mirrors the setting sun and the emergence of the moon.

For those traveling with canine companions, a private 30' x 30' fenced doggy play area ensures both furry friends and their human counterparts find joy in their own respective havens. Additionally, the backyard's inviting expanse, gently sloping towards the boat dock railing, provides an exquisite backdrop for small-scale weddings and cherished family reunions.

Grand Lake, renowned for its wealth of vacation pursuits, promises a repertoire of amusements. Immerse yourself in superlative fishing and duck hunting, with a dedicated fish cleaning area catering to angler enthusiasts. Water sports aficionados will find solace in the private dock, while off-road devotees have ample parking for their vehicles and accompanying gear. A brief drive leads to the Disney Okla. off-road park, where exhilarating adventures await.

Nestled within the heart of the Midwest, this haven's central location presents an irresistible proposition for those seeking seamless access to both serenity and urban amenities. A mere 8 miles from the forthcoming American Heartland Theme Park, an hour's drive from Tulsa, 40 minutes from Joplin MO, and within a 3-hour radius of Kansas City, the residence's convenience is matched only by its charm.

Inside, the abode continues to dazzle with its thoughtful design. Three resplendent bedrooms, each adorned with king beds, offer sanctuaries of repose. A semi-private common area featuring a queen futon, a twin bed with trundle, and four rollaway beds further enhance accommodations. The capacious farmhouse table, surrounded by inviting seating options, ensures that conviviality reigns supreme, while a fully equipped kitchen caters to culinary ambitions.

Outdoor indulgences abound with a sprawling covered back porch, measuring 36' x 12', granting an unhindered panorama from sunrise to sunset. Whether it's al fresco dining at the three tables, the gentle sway of the porch swing, the cocooning embrace of the hammock, or the camaraderie around the fire pit, the outdoors beckon with unending allure. A dedicated fish cleaning station and a private boat dock, allowing for uninterrupted water experiences, are among the many amenities.

Parking, thoughtfully curated, anticipates diverse needs. Whether it's large group gatherings, weddings, family reunions, or sporting enthusiasts with multiple vehicles, the property accommodates with ease. Furthermore, a designated spot with water and 30 or 50 amp electricity is primed to cater to RV travelers' every requirement.

In an effort to elevate your stay, a range of additional services is offered. Pre-ordered grocery pick-up and delivery alleviate mundane concerns, while boat launching assistance ensures seamless aquatic endeavors.

For those accompanied by beloved canines, rest assured that a welcoming policy exists. A dog fee per stay, designed to accommodate up to four dogs, acknowledges the special bond between pet and owner.

In the symphony of luxury, convenience, and natural splendor, this residence stands as a masterpiece, promising an experience that transcends the ordinary and embraces the extraordinary.

Should your group expand beyond the needs of this rental, next door is The Cottage (Property ID 3799363) and it sleeps 6 and across the street is The Cabin (Property ID 3534114) that sleeps 4. There are also two convenient RV spots, one has water and electric for $25 per night and the other has full-hookups for a $50 per night.

Our family stayed here as a close-to-home Thanksgiving getaway. The house was perfect with plenty of room for us to play games, put together puzzles and crafts. We had a fire and made s’mores. It was wonderful!

Feeling refreshed
We had such a nice time. It’s so clean and comfortable. Perfect setup for a group. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Can’t wait to go back. Ron and Sandy are such thoughtful hosts. Even got a “door dash” of homemade banana bread and farm fresh eggs! Can’t beat that. Already looking forward to our next visit.
