Large Family Home on Grand Lake

Perfect for a quiet family getaway or a gathering of two or three families for a family reunion. Five bedrooms allow room for everyone with one master bedroom and full bath upstairs, two bedrooms on main floor with full bath and two bedrooms downstairs for the kids or more guest. Three floors with lots of room to spread out and do your own thing.
Smart television on main floor and in upstairs bedroom, VCR, DVD and internet included.
Two large decks overlook the lake and swimming area below. One dock on the property perfect for safe swimming located inside 5 mile an hour buoy zone. This property is one of the prettiest locations on Grand Lake.

Great place with the most amazing views right on the water with a dock. This place was one of the best locations with all the amenities you could need and so much space.

House was very well equipped and exactly as described. Loved the big covered porch facing the lake with fans to keep it cool. Perfect for our multigenerational family. Baby items were very handy! Perfect proximity to the lovely park at the nearby creek where our toddlers loved playing in the shallow water. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place

We have stayed at this property 3 years in a row and plan to continue because of the overall experience. Good communication with the owner and property manager and the place is perfect for my family. The house is clean with a big deck and a beautiful view of the lake.

Quiet lake house

A clean and peaceful getaway right on the lake. It was perfect for unwinding. Enjoyed fishing off the dock. The dock is right on a quiet cove. Great for swimming.

Beautiful view of Lake

The deck and view from the kitchen and living area of the lake was amazing. We enjoyed 3 relaxing days. The drive to the lake house was beautiful. The house was well equiped. We will be returning in the near future.

Awesome place to stay

We came for BMR with 5 couples. More then enough room in the house for everyone. We all had trailers behind our trucks since we all hauled our rzrs and there was plenty of parking. House was super clean, communication was great and the description was perfect. If there was a way to reserve the house for BMR 2019 we would because it was perfect for us! Thanks again!

We are a family of 14 from ages 2 to 62 and we all had a blast. Some exciting fish stories, kids had fun playing in the lake, relaxing to sit on the top deck and enjoy the view, we cooked, played games and had a great time! Ahhhh. Vacation. Thanks for sharing your lake house with us!

What a view!

Our entire family spent 5 days, 4 nights and had a wonderful time! Property is as advertised. The view is spectacular and property is right on water. Had a slight snag with a clogged kitchen sink, but owner responded immediately and made it right. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great location on the lake. Fabulous views of the 4th of July fireworks celebrations. House needs 3rd bathroom for the number of people it can accommodate. Outdoor decking near swimming dock access ramp needs significant repairs.

The deck runs down each side of the house with safety railing. Huge deck for time outside. Nice grill. Beds are firm. Kitchen was stocked well. 2 refrigerators. Beautiful fishing dock.

4 day get-a-way

Well no one could argue with the million dollar view of this lake front home. Exactly as advertised, I did worry about the AC keeping up with the 105 weather but no problems. House was comfortable and clean. We had 2 days of extreme heat, and 2 days of just hot. Great swimming, caught some fish had a good time. Lots of elevation change, not for the weary with the stairs but fabulous stay. Five Star! Host was great and responsive and that’s all one can ask.

My father purchase this property as a way to stay connected with the people that live on Grand Lake and particularly this cove. It is our father's wish that the family get together each year and enjoy the gift that is FAMILY. We now extend this invitation to your family and hope you too will experience all the great times to be enjoyed at Grand Lake.

What makes this property unique

The view from the living room is one of a kind, watching the sun rise from the deck while you drink your morning coffee will not be soon forgotten.
