Cabin was very clean all around. Hot tub appeared to be well maintained and clean as well. Great location on the south side of the lake. All the restaurants we went to nearby were amazing also. Would definitely recommend this cabin, and if we come back we will definitely get this cabin again.

So very glad you enjoyed your trip to Grand Lake. The Hot Tub water is changed after every departure. I do work at maintaining the grounds to provide pleasant surroundings. I appreciate your intention of full consideration for a return to the cabin on a future trip to Grand Lake. If you have the need for larger accommodations I do have 2 other larger cabins nearby and both are lake front. Thanks Again.

Wonderful stay. It was a perfect escape from our busy schedules. The home was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing, and communication was easy. We loved the hot tub and fire pit and had perfect weather to enjoy both. We did notice a smoke odor inside, but it did not take away from an otherwise excellent visit. We would gladly stay again.
