MissstÀnde im Ferienhaus

Betreff: Urlaub von 15 bis 25 September 2024 HZE060 Sint Annaland Holland aufgrund der vielversprechenden Anzeige ĂŒber das Internet, entschieden wir uns fĂŒr einen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus in Sint Annaland, Holland (HZE060). Leider waren wir von dem Ferienhaus sehr enttĂ€uscht - Wir hatten BaulĂ€rm direkt hinter dem Damm unseres Ferienhauses. Morgens um 7:00 Uhr begannen Bauarbeiten/Erdarbeiten an der Dammanlage. Es wurden GrĂ€ben gebaggert, die direkt bis an das Ferienhaus anschlossen. Von Erholung und mal Ausschlafen keine Spur. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he wurden zudem HĂ€user gebaut (SĂ€ulenfundamente hergestellt, wobei die SĂ€ulen durch einen Bagger in die Erde getrieben wurden), so dass wir permanent dem BaulĂ€rm durch Baumaschinen ausgesetzt waren. - Es war keine einzige Gebrauchsanweisung fĂŒr die GerĂ€te in deutscher Sprache vorhanden!! Wie bedient man den Backofen oder war’s eine Mikrowelle??? Nichts vom Fernseher, nichts von der SpĂŒlmaschine, nichts vom GeschirrspĂŒler, keine ErlĂ€uterung zur Heizung, einfach nichts, womit man als Deutschsprachiger hĂ€tte etwas anfangen können. - Über das Kabelfernsehen konnten wir nur die deutschen Sender ARD und ZDF schauen, alle anderen Sender waren gesperrt!!! Das war so nicht beschrieben! - Und die Krönung war, dass das Ferienhaus nicht oder nicht richtig geputzt war, so dass wir unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunf
