Sycamore Cottage at Peacock in the Delta - Farm Stay
Sycamore Cottage is a large, spacious cottage with a full kitchen, a large screened in porch, and an open air back porch located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. Each bedroom can be arranged as 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and tennis court (located just down the pasture). We are located within 'Delta Distance' to almost all Delta restaurants and Blues Trail Sites. Horseback riding may be available upon request.

Peaceful stay
Loved the quiet and private location! Sycamore Cottage is located near many towns in the area, which makes it a great place to stay and explore. Lars is a wonderful host and was kind enough to show us around the other parts of the property.

I didn’t even stay there. I refuse to stay in the place stinked this had to be one of the biggest scams I’ve ever seen in my life. His ratings were tens and 9.8. This was truly ridiculous. I was so upset about the condition of the place. I’ve rented a rooms somewhere else. Biggest disappointment ever. Was hoping one day that I could possibly get my money back. This was a true travesty.

This guest reserved the cottage for a college reunion or something. He invited several more people than the cottage minimum.
I go over to check on them, and he tells me it is not what he thought it was going to be.
I had guests the weekend before and the weekend after, and got 5 star reviews from both.
I think he was wanting to have party.
He never mentioned anything about the smell.
