About this property

Yellowstone..... A Wonderland!

Yellowstone Red Barn Retreat is located on the hillside overlooking the Yellowstone River and minutes from Yellowstone National Park.
WINTER is magical in the Park
and snowcoach's depart daily from Gardiner. First stop is Mammoth Hot Springs with Fort Yellowstone's historic buildings and the iconic Mammoth Terraces and Hot Springs.
Next stop, Old Faithful.... shooting hundreds of feet into blue Big Sky.
Historic Old Faithful Inn and it's fireplace are a work of art - literally! Sit and enjoy hot cocoa, an Old Fashion before enjoying the 5 Star Dining experience.
SPRING blossoms and Yellowstone awakens! Bison, elk, deer, eagles and more give birth giving visitors memories of a lifetime. In the pasture in front of the Retreat you may see elk and their nursing calves or hear wolves teaching their pups to howl.
SUMMER at last! Sightseeing, fishing, rafting, horseback riding...so much to do. Hundreds of hiking trails wander through fields of wildflowers, streams, lakes and waterfalls..... even a petrified forest.
AUTUMN and the rut has begun. Seeing herds of elk bugling and males vying for their harem is magnificent. Fall foliage and golden aspen are the backdrop for this special time of year.
Yellowstone Red Barn Retreat is a comfy and beautiful place to relax after a day in the Park. The Great Room, dining area and wet bar overlook the landscaped yard and Cinnabar Mountain. Outside you can sit enjoy elk herds across the Yellowstone River and Yankee Jim Canyon. The peace and quiet assure you a wonderful night rest, ready for another day of Yellowstone adventures!

Meet Yellowstone
The Graff's cabin was perfect for our long promised trip to introduce grandkids and their parents to Yellowstone. Cabin has everything needed for a comfortable week's VRBO stay. John and El were ideal hosts. Cabin is convenient to Gardiner, Mammoth, and all northern park points. Colors with a dusting of snow and lots of wildlife from antelope and bears to elk and mule deer but on a great show. We could not have asked for more!

Fishing Retreat for Yellowstone Park
My fishing buddy and I have stayed here several times. It’s convenient to access the Northeast corner of the park and it’s spacious and well-equipped. We always enjoy our stay!
