Nice place to stay. Fenced in back yard was great for the dog. Not far from downtown Claremore. We would recommend this place for anyone needing a place to stay in the Claremore area
This place was perfect for our family’s spring break trip. The little ones and cash really enjoyed the upstairs patio and fire pit. This will definitely be a place we would stay in the summer so that we can enjoy the lake with kiddos.
We came to this house for my oldest boys birthday and went to the lake. It was the perfect place and everyone enjoyed it! The owner was very responsive and extremely nice! Will stay here again!
Such an adorble and unique place to stay, super close to the lake! Didn't see a hair dryer there, so make sure to bring your own. Plenty of other amenities were available, and we were very pleased with our stay. Wonderful communication and friendliness from the owner. We highly recommend this place!
My wife has a medical condition that makes traveling difficult and the host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make it able to work out for us to stay. The property was unique, well kept, and cozy.
We had a wonderful time. Our hosts were very responsive and understanding. I ended up with a broken down car and they checked on us to make sure that everything was okay. There was plenty of rooms for us to spread out and the walk to view the lake was great! Even the neighbors were great.
This home is very cozy and comfortable. The lay out is great. It is very clean. It has everything you need. We enjoyed being able to cook our meals and have a quiet and relaxing place to be after the wedding and rehearsal. Our host was very easy to communicate with. We will stay there again if opportunity arises. I would definitely give this experience a 5 star rating.
Rented for a family get away and to get our sons out of Tulsa for a weekend. Great outdoor area and the home was wonderful. Neat and clean and perfect for our weekend away. We did have a few 8 legged visitors, which i am not a fan of, but the boys were willing to take care of them, lol. But seriously other than the occasional spider, this home is beautiful, and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a great outdoor patio for sitting around a fire and enjoying time together. Exactly what we needed for a great weekend!!! Thank you.
Pros:
Very unique house with a nice lake view.
Lake Oologah is a beautiful lake as is some of the surrounding area.
Rental check-in and out was very easy.
Response from property manager was always fast and helpful.
House was pretty clean and organized. There were plenty of cups, plates, glasses, etc...
Cons:
Stairs are a killer for a 55+ person and definitely not made for 2 small dogs to go up or down.
2 towels hanging on back of upstairs bathroom door, wasn't sure if they were clean so didn't use them.
Spiders were living between the shower curtains in the upstairs bath. Would strongly suggest a pest control company to treat the premises every now and then especially being on a lake.
Back stairs need to be anchored to the house in someway or maybe replace with concrete stairs.
All in all, we had a nice stay and really liked that it is completely fenced in. I would stay there again, but I would definitely not be the one chosen (lol) to have the upstairs area.
Such a cool house with every amenity we needed! Super clean with comfy beds and bedding, well stocked kitchen, ice cold air (if needed) and plenty of space to chill including the beautiful deck and back patio spaces. The hosts were exceedingly patient with some date changes and were very accommodating to a few requests we made. The space was bigger than I expected and we didn’t feel crowded even at max guest capacity. If we are ever in the area again, this is our spot!
We had so much fun on our stay at this location! Originally the guys in the group (including my husband) rolled their eyes when I told them we're staying in shipping containers. Wouldn't you know it, they were all quite impressed upon arrival. 2 of the 3 even took pictures. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Very unique, and clean!! Was kinda bummed that it was in a neighborhood, but the surroundings were outdoorsy and neighbors were very friendly and inviting...so that is a non-issue after all! Maybe an extra TV upstairs for the kids - but now that I know, I can bring an extra one, no problem! All in all, it is a cool house and it was well need family bonding and relaxation. Thanks Aaron.
The property is very close to the marina so it was perfect for us since were able to rent a boat slip for the weekend. The house was great for our family of 4 and our doggo!
We had a renovation project climb on at our house and needed a place close to home- this place was a lifesaver. Only downside was there wasn’t any soap or shampoo or a cutting board and good knife. Luckily we were close to home so we just went and got what we needed from home. Otherwise, this place was perfect! We drive to the lake beach a few days and had fun there and the deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and quiet time! Highly recommend!
