This property is located just a block away from a really cool little fishing village with nice restaurants and a couple beaches within five minutes walking. The unit is very clean and neat and the communication with the hosts was on point and essentially immediate. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

If you are visiting Swampscott or wanting a place at the ocean near Boston, this is excellent.The Condo is very clean, well equipped, and location is very convenient. It is difficult to find an accommodation for 6 at a reasonable price.Highly recommend and communication was fast and excellent! Thanks for a great week!

It was a beautiful home. Had everything that we could need. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for the 6 of us. I agree with another reviewer about the bathroom towels -more like a sham-wow, I missed the good ole cotton towels. Not the owners fault at all - but the local fishing was non existent. So we had to do some driving up the coast. Town was a couple of blocks long and very quaint. We had a nice time.

Great place for families. Walkable town and close enough to Boston for sightseeing. House had everything you could ask for and was very clean. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops in Swampscott. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Boston. Hosts were great with information, check-in, etc.

The location was fantastic. A short walk to the ocean and great eating establishments. Our stay happened to be during a heat wave, and the window ac units were inefficient for the above 90 temps. The large AC unit in the primary was so loud, it was impossible to sleep. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all amenities. I would supply a few more hand towels, and replacing the synthetic bath towels that were just awful. With that said, we are older, retired, and are probably fussier than the average VRBO renter.

This was our second time staying at the condo and it was as wonderful as our first time! It is a perfect place for kids/families with all the amenities and location. We highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!
