The full kitchen has everything you need to cook in, the bathroom is well-appointed, and the private deck is the ideal spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the day winds down.

When you're ready to explore, you're perfectly positioned. A short stroll through a neighborhood park brings you to Eisman's Beach — swimming, coastal walks, and open ocean right at your feet. Salem's historic downtown is 4.5 miles away (about 9 minutes by commuter rail). Boston is a quick 20-minute train ride from the station just 1.6 miles from the house. Gloucester and Rockport are 37 minutes up the coast. Restaurants, cafés, and local shops are all within a mile.

Leave USED bedding & towels on bathroom floor. Load used dishes in dishwasher, add detergent pod, and press "Start" button. set Thermostat: heat to 62°F (winter) or turn off AC units (summer).
Turn off overhead lights, lamps, and TV. Close all windows. Leave keys on kitchen counter, Ensure FRONT door is pulled tightly shut and LOCKED. Ensure the BACK door is pulled shut and UNLOCKED.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Place was clean. Neighbors were quiet. Water pressure wasn’t the best, but the water was hot and the bathroom was clean. Would stay there again and recommend to friends in the future.

LOVED!!!! Every bit of this VRBO. House was literally home. Owners were welcoming, friendly and incredibly accommodating! You're close to everything, in this house. In our three days, we got to Boston, Salem, Marblehead and tons of other surrounding cities. We will be back! You need to rent this place! 10/10!

Our family loved the Bates property!! It was immaculate, perfectly adorned, close to the beach/water and had everything you could need for a stay away--including spices, oils/butter, kitchen utensils, tons of bedding, and beach equipment (the beach is only a short walk away), The bedrooms were huge, and every room was cozy and comfortable for a large family or for just a quick getaway as a couple or a single person. The hosts went out of their way to make sure that our stay was easy and were quick to reach out and follow-up throughout our visit. We would definitely stay again!
