We love enjoying short term rentals as guests and getting to experience new places in unique homes. Some of our favorites have been in Sarasota, Santa Barbara, and Montreal. Set in-between the heart of old town and down town Marblehead in a unique 1742 Colonial home, this freshly painted studio with large bathroom and tiled shower boasts beautiful wide pine floors with four extra large windows allowing for an abundance of natural light in the main living space. The kitchen area has new stainless steel appliances with built in microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautiful original non-working fireplace along with a large built in closet to the right. The assigned parking space just steps to the unit adds to the convenience of Old Town living.
