Beachside 4BR 3BA, Chef’s Kitchen, Heated Saltwater Pool, No Smoking, one level

Thank you so much for renting our home Warren, we really enjoyed hosting your family and your adorable dog! We agree, the pool is oversized, which we love and we also enjoy the chef’s kitchen. Come back anytime.

We love dogs and are so glad we got to host her and your family!! Son you’ll have to see if she wants to swim in our big pool. I hope you choose us the next time. I’m so glad your plans worked out and we could accommodate you and your lovely family.

We really enjoy hosting and providing local recommendations of our beautiful area. Im so glad you enjoyed your stay!!

We LOVE dogs, but all dogs must be approved and we are one dog household as stated in the listing and house rules. We tried to communicate since you first booked our property and asked if you were bringing a pet. You said no after many attempts to contact you. Then last minute you told me you were bringing two dogs. It was less than 24 hours before check-in and it is againt houe rules. You did not communicate what breeds they were because some breeds are not accepted by Vrbo insurance. You can’t just bring two dogs without approval. Additionally, we gave you a courtesy early check-in of two hours. We are glad that the children enjoyed the sparkling, clean salt water pool, and we hope that you enjoyed the chef’s kitchen and the spacious bedrooms.

We always love when you Come stay!! We love our oversized pool and privacy that we offer to our guests!!

We loved hosting your family and meeting your grandkids, my favorite was your little dog and I’m so glad you now have a place for your dog to come to feel comfortable!!

Hi Robert, thanks for staying at our lovely property! Hope the band trip was great in orlando. We are always upfront with our renters that we are .09 miles from the beach. We are beachside on our little barrier Island, close enough to be at the beach in 5 minutes, but far away for more safety of those tropical storms that occur during hurricane season. We are also so lucky to have no parking costs associated with the Indialantic beaches, including our one and only DOG beach, Canova. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting your family again in the future.

Thanks Justin! We love our dog friendly property !! We look forward to you coming back

Loved having this wonderful couple. Treated the home as if it were their own. Amazing. Beautifully cleaned upon departure. Bravo! Would love to have you all back!

We really appreciate the great review. And thank you for choosing The Happy Beach Cottage. We certainly aim to please and the owners go out the way to make their home stand out and so if you could send us a note on the things that we could have done better, we would love to hear from you.

Emma, we were so happy to host you and your family and of course your beautiful dog. We look forward to host you again at our dog friendly beach cottage. You are welcome anytime!

Thank you Samuel, we enjoyed hosting you and hoped your little one enjoyed the toys and blocks and the pool! We also have strollers and a crib too if you want to come back with smaller babies. The step down is very common in a mid century modern home, for some reason in that era they made those per design. We are glad they are well marked. Thanks! Maureen

It was such a pleasure to host such a beautiful young family ! I’m so glad you liked our child amenities such as our crib! When your baby girl gets older, please let us know. We will make sure we put child restraints, as well as the highchair in place when you come back.

We are so glad you felt welcome and we hope to host you again and to say Welcome Home Matthew!

It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. We love our new pool and I’m so glad you enjoyed it as well! Hope to see you again soon.
