Family house, equipped and furnished for 10 people, with exteriors and parking space.
Ideal house to enjoy a vacation with family or friends.
Outdoor courtyard at the front of the house and a courtyard at the back with terrace and barbecue area.
On the ground floor, you have the living area, two bedrooms with 140 double beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen with laundry area.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with toilet, an adjoining bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. At the end of the corridor a balcony terrace with sea view.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
