Vue remarquable ! Encore plus impressionnante depuis la grande terrasse du haut. Juste un espace piéton et une voie cyclable qui séparent la maison de la plage. Les enfants peuvent jouer sur le sable : ils sont sous nos yeux. Conciergerie très accueillante. Propriétaire très arrangeant. Equipement très complet. Une maison très agréable pour 9 personnes.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer!Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein echter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar – jedes Fenster bietet einen herrlichen Meerblick. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight: Abends bei einem Glas Wein die Stadtlichter und das Meeresrauschen zu genießen, war fantastisch.Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und fällt sofort ins Auge. Die Terrasse bietet Platz für zwei Familien und Stauraum für Paddleboards und Luftmatratzen. Achtung vor dem Baum in der Mitte – die Äste hängen tief, und wir haben es mit unseren Köpfen getestet! Bei Ameisen im Baum schnell den freundlichen Vermieter kontaktieren.Positive Highlights: Geräumige, modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit Klimaanlagen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Grill auf der Terrasse, praktische Wasserschläuche zum Sandabwaschen, elektrische Rollläden, ein bequemer Fernsehbereich und die Dachterrasse machen den Aufenthalt perfekt.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Toiletten haben keine Fenster, und die Entlüftung war schwach. Dennoch überwiegen die positiven Eindrücke.Wichtig: Parkausweise vom Vermieter vor Ort holen, um Strafen zu vermeiden!Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus wärmstens – ideal für einen stilvollen Urlaub am Meer. Vielen Dank!

Ein Traumurlaub in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir durften eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem traumhaften Haus in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer verbringen – es war wirklich alles perfekt! Das Haus ist großzügig, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit 5 komfortablen Schlafzimmern, sodass auch größere Familien oder Gruppen genug Platz haben. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der herrliche Meerblick, den man sowohl vom Innenbereich als auch von der Terrasse genießen kann – morgens beim Kaffee oder abends bei einem Glas Wein einfach unbezahlbar!Die Kochnische ist komplett ausgestattet – mit allem, was man braucht: großer Kühlschrank, Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und ausreichend Geschirr. Es hat uns richtig Spaß gemacht, gemeinsam zu kochen und im schönen Essbereich zu speisen.Die Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen Gold wert, ebenso wie die ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre im und um das Haus herum. Die Patios und Terrassen laden zum Entspannen, Lesen oder Sonnenbaden ein – einfach herrlich.Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Vermieterin, die unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit war. Sie war jederzeit für uns da und hat sich wirklich um jedes Detail gekümmert. Was uns besonders beeindruckt hat: Zur Unterstützung stand eine Übersetzerin mit perfektem Englisch zur Verfügung – das war super angenehm und hat alles noch einfacher gemacht.Auch die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend: In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand oder im charmanten Ortskern von Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, wo man frisches Baguette, köst
