Accommodation: Residence in the pine forest. You have the possibility to reach the resort and the beach via the cycle paths and hiking trails (at the end of the land). You will appreciate this pleasant independent house, bright and spacious with one floor to accommodate eight people. The American kitchen opens onto a dining area, a living room serving as a living room/dining room. You will enjoy a large living room opening, through bay windows, onto a corner wooden terrace facing North/West and South/West equipped with garden furniture. The land is wooded and not enclosed. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the first equipped with a double bed (160cm), the second with twin beds (2x80cm), the third with bunk beds (2x80cm) and two bathrooms with shower and sink, one of which with WC. Upstairs, join the fourth bedroom equipped with a double bed (160cm) and a bathroom with WC. In front of the house, 2 private parking spaces. Join the beach and shops 2.5 km away, the tennis, squash and golf courts 200m away, the lake and the sailing school approximately 3 km away (REF 04080)(ANCV holiday vouchers accepted) BED AND TOILET LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED.
