The proximity to shops and the center of the resort presents a real advantage. Charming apartment on the ground floor, carefully renovated, small sea view, for a maximum of 4 people. You will appreciate the west-facing loggia, equipped with garden furniture for your meals. Main room serving as a living/dining room with equipped kitchen area. The beds are distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the second with a trundle bed for the choice of a single bed of 80cm or a double of 160cm. The sanitary facilities include a shower, sink and WC. Join the beach 100 m away, the shops 500 m away, the golf course 3 km away and the lake 6 km away.
