Don't bother

If you like sleeping on an extra, extra firm, rock like mattresses, then this is for you. The mattress topper didn't help soften it either. Made for a horrible stay!

We appreciate feedback from Gloria. Unfortunately, it is not truthful. Our mattresses are easily transformed from firm to soft using thick high quality mattress pads provided for guests who like soft mattresses. As we host guests with different needs and preferences this is the only way to accommodate both requests for firm and soft mattresses.

House was comfortable and clean. Some nice amenities. However bedrooms are all upstairs so not the best set up for someone who is handicapped. I would recommend it. Gave 4 stars instead of five because of the handicap issue otherwise it would have been 5.

Last minute trip post Apalachee shooting

Had to book last minute due to Apalachee shooting. Easy booking and check in/check out. Plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. There is some wear and tear evident. Some touch up paint and a deep clean might help. There were a couple dead flies on floor so probably had been closed up for awhile. As stated by other people the beds were very firm. Overall I would recommend the property.

As far as mattresses: to satisfy different preferences we specifically purchased firm mattresses for those who like firm and soft mattress pads (that are located in the closets) for those guests who like it soft. Reunion weekend

We had a very enjoyable stay! There were a few burned out light bulbs throughout the house, and a couple of other small maintenance items that could use some attention, but the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved having the laundry facilities and ironing board and iron available. We were glad we rented a Malibu and not a truck, so we could park in the garage, but we also had room to park the boys’ truck outside. The boys enjoyed the pool, and we love love loved the firm beds, the closet space and the separate tub and shower in the master bath. We have already recommended this Vrbo to our family for next year.

Spacious and comfortable. We had no problem with the beds as in previous reviews. I don’t recall seeing anything about the key to the pool but luckily I had noticed it in the kitchen so I knew where it was when I was advised that I needed it to enter the pool area. The kitchen is well stocked with pans but unable to locate potholders and kitchen towels. Great time and appreciated your home.

Most uncomfortable beds ever

Mattresses and pillows were horrible. None of us got much sleep any of the nights we spent here, a few hundred dollars investment in new mattresses that don't feel like you're sleeping on a wood plank would improve things drastically. A $10 pillow from Walmart would also be an improvement. Place was very clean aside from the fruit fly problem.

Thank you for feedback. Our mattresses are high quality firm from Macys. Our pillows are from Bed Bath and Beyond. Sorry, we do not use Walmart pillows. As we do have firm mattresses for people who love to sleep on a firm mattress, we also offer soft plush hypoallergenic down alternative mattress pads for those who do not love firm. Pads are available in each of closets. If you would tell us that you are having issues with firm mattresses we would explain it to you. Unfortunately, you never communicated it until you chose to leave the unfavorable review. Regarding fruit fly - cleaning team and guests before and after you never reported it. We also had pest control just before you arrived and they did not report it either. So I assume it was one day issue when you were visiting. Again thank you for feedback and I suggest in the future you communicate the issue with your accommodations to the host so they can be immediately addressed.

Nice Townhouse but needs a few tweaks

The neighborhood is good. The checkin went well. Two things that Must be changed. There were no flat sheets on any of the beds. A fitted sheet and then a comforter. Not the best feeling, a not sure why there were no sheets or blankets. The second item, was the shower curtain in the master. It was covered in mold- Please, please replace. It is like $15, and that has got to be replaced.

Dear Sarah, Thank you for the feedback. You stayed two nights and never contacted us with a concern you had, otherwise we will advise you that we do not have comforters but we do provide duvet inserts with duvet covers. Duvet covers are like pillow cases and are bing washed after each guest. We also provide flat sheets in each bedroom closets. I m sorry you chose to not contact u and then leave as a low stars revew for no reasons. Regarding shower curtains you also mistaken as we replaced curtains in both mater and guest bathrooms two weeks ago.
