Great spot close to all venues. The King bed in main room was great together with pillows Top twin bed not that comfortable. Good for younger kids only. Kitchen and amenities in the apartment were good too. My only complaint was the smell of weed when you come in to the apartment. It faded away by the end of our stay. I loved the back glass door with view to the outdoors.

Family trip for a destination wedding. The condo was just as advertised. Nice quiet space that we enjoyed while we were there. Kitchen had everything we needed for the minimal cooking we did. Convenient location to most things in New Braunfels. Nice pool. We enjoyed our stay.

The place needs better communication with your guests and updated The floor was not swept or mopped so I swept and bought my own mop and moppedThe rug in the shower was torn and old that it is falling apart.The bed was super hard and uncomfortable as was the pillows so it was miserable to sleep even after buying a mattress topper to make it feel more softer The bath tub/shower drain didn’t drain and would have to wait 10-15 min to let it drain so we could take turns showering. We sent a message but no one ever came to fix it or look at it.Our air conditioner wouldn’t go lower than 71 so it was hot Every single night we stayed there, water would come out of a pipe next to the dumpster and the parking lot would get full of water and whatever stinky stuff which I think was sewage. So if I walked outside to explore I couldn’t bcuz the smell was horrible I cannot say we enjoyed our stay bcuz we did not.

Girls trip fun

The place is a little older but so close to all the fun of downtown New Braunfels & nestled into a cut little neighborhood. The peaceful view of the river & wildlife was really lovely. I would stay here again, and have a few minor issues I will discuss with management, but it was really great for our little 3 friends weekend getaway.

Condo was in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean. Condo was comfortable. Some things were a little dated. Bathroom could use a deep clean, but other than that, it was great!

Pros: rental agency was easy to deal with and check in was convenient. The condo was pretty centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Nice view and complex was very quiet. Pool was clean and condo is dog friendly. Cons: THE BED WAS AWEFUL. The frame was wobbly and squeaked with every small movement and the mattress might have been the worst I have ever slept on. We could barely get out of bed after the 1st night. I had to sleep on the cot and my husband on the couch. The AC seemed to struggle during the day although it did cool down at night. If the bed was replaced I would definitely recommend it

Read the fine print!!! Although the price was lower than most, once the pet rent was applied it nearly doubled. The walls are paper thin so we could actually hear the neighbors conversation and the lady next door had 4 cats who kept coming over which the dogs didn’t love. When you tried to sit on the back patio the dogs upstairs would bark non stop. I have photos of how dusty the place was upon arrival and wanted to let the management company know about the dirty patio and dust everywhere but she got very defensive. Every time we got a email or text it was here a fee there a fee. A lady from the management company in her own words said “We apologize you are unsatisfied. This is not a high end property and is priced accordingly.” The good things about it were, the bed was comfortable, not the pillows though. They had all the pot and pans and dishes you need. They Supply a ton of towels for the stay.Would not ever stay here again.
