"All Good" is a welcoming and inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lower level, oceanfront duplex, located perfectly within walking distance to all of the island restaurants and nightlife, as well as the Holden Beach town park, tennis courts, splash pad and Pavilion. Be sure to bring your chairs and chill-out on Sunday evenings for the free summer concert series held at the Pavilion under the Holden Beach bridge!

Your family will love the comfortably furnished and spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, and its cozy beach decor. The galley-style kitchen is well appointed and offers a wide variety of kitchen necessities. You will enjoy cooking and eating family-style meals with enough room for everyone to dine together at the dining table for 8.

Bedroom #1 is located oceanfront, complete with a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), a full bath (shared with the hallway). Bedroom #2 is located oceanfront, complete with a Queen bed and a Twin bed (sleeps 3), a private full bath. Each bedroom has its own view of the ocean!

Enjoy watching glorious sunrises every morning, as well as breathtaking sunsets every evening from your private oceanfront deck! Take the steps down from this first floor unit directly to the sandy shores of beautiful Holden Beach! Do some surf fishing just outside your front door! Search for the perfect seashells, lazily lounge on the beach, or take a dip in the ocean to cool off, all just steps away from your front door! We hope to see you in Holden Beach soon!

Great little place for my daughter and me to get away for a few days. The place could hold more people but the set up was really nice for the 2 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a great location on the beach and lots of shells. Property manager was great and I would definitely rent again if we visited Holden Beach.

Loved the location

Was a great stay. Apartment flooring needs some work but not an issue. Loved it, There is nothing like having the screen door open and hearing the waves and relaxing on the deck watching the waves and Pelicans flying overhead through out the day. Walking the beach which is nine miles long. We stayed last week in AprilWe didn't want to leave . Large windows from every bedroom.

This peoperty was very well appointed with all you may need for your stay. It was very clean, no moldy smell like some beach properties can have. The instructions were clear and management thorough. We loved and adored being so close to the water and ate our meals on the deck so we would constantly hear the ocean. Thanks for a great visit!

Washer spin cycle doesn’t work, couldn’t get the water to outdoor shower on. Outside of those two small issues the place was great, we would totally stay here again.

This duplex was great. Clean, comfy beds, very nicely decorated. Right on the beach which we really loved. Great deck and ocean views. Would definitely stay here again. One suggestion. The listing says shower only but both bathrooms are tub/shower combo. Tub floor is very slippery, would suggest safety strips and grab bars.

Great well keep house with great views, right on beach. Nice amenities. Within walking distance to area restaurants. Rental agency comments - First rental that we have had to bring our own bath towels and strip / bag up our bed linens. Odor from sanitizer/ disinfect was too strong, lasted 2 days (gave 4 stars due to this)

Everyday is a good day at th beach!

We absolutely adore this house! It's clean and cozy! It was so well stocked with everything you would need! There were more than enough hangers in each closet and a laundry basket! We had 4 perfect weather days and 2 rainy days, but the rainy days were still good days because we could see the beach from the 3 big windows/sliding glass door in the living room. We also had fun playing the games that the owners have in the house. We absolutely loved the house and would definitely stay again!

Cute house right on the beach

The house was perfect enough size for 5 of us and right on the beach. The only thing I wished it had was a grill, but the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Internet access worked great checking in and out was fairly simple.

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Holden beach. The house has all the comfort you need, super clean and very well furnished. The direct access to the beach is a must! It’s all good!
