About the host
Hosted by CINDY MONTGOMERY
I am a national designer - which brings me to projects all over the United States.
My father and mother purchased this building about 25 years ago. After my father's passing three years ago we decided to renovate the building this past Spring and Summer 2021. We opened the doors to the Battle Rock Beach House, (which is a four bedroom upper unit home that used to be used in the 1900's as a boarding house and old fashioned soda foundry), mid July of 2021. It has been an enjoyable experience to not only see the transformation of this space but also design with new furniture. The old world character and charm met with new world taste.
The view and location is hard to beat.

Why they chose this property
An old historic building that came alive in 2021 - why not share the joy to others?!!
What makes this property unique
One level living over looking the Battle Rock and the Pacific Ocean - very rare, private experience and location off of Hwy 101.
