Gite in the owner's House. 1st floor: kitchen corner living room (1 sofa bed 2 pers.), Wifi connection, 1 bedroom (2 beds 1.) pers, bathroom (shower), terrace-veranda, playground. Aussois ski at 500 m. Norma 10km, Val Fréjus 17km. Cross-country skiing tracks 1 km. Waterbody in La Norma. Beautiful contemporary country house on a sunny South hillside. Residential sector very quiet overlooking the village and the Valley. Good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Nice furnished outside area. Exceptional panorama on the massif. Close to shopping & leisure. Located 500m from the slopes of Aussois, charming village resort with its ski area of 80km of slopes and 19km from the Orelle gondola lift for Val-Thorens/3 Vallées (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Many other reference ski areas nearby: Norma 10km, Valcenis-Vanoise 16km, Valfréjus 17km. 1km from the Nordic area between Aussois and Sardières (30km of cross-country trails) and marked snowshoe trails. Ultra-privileged location to explore summer and winter on different massifs and resorts including the Italian side (skis, hiking and cycling). Many legendary passes! Close to Italy via the Fréjus Tunnel or the Mont Cenis pass. At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park with magnificent walks and hikes. Important baroque and military heritage including the Esseillon Forts classified as "Historical Monuments". Magnificent panorama and landscapes. Ideal for a relaxing, sporty or nature stay with the family!
