House of country-1 km of pistes (Alpine and Nordic). Residential hamlet quiet bordering the village station. Exposed South-West Coteau. Good comfort. Large and nice terrace with table football. Charming walled garden (ping pong). Charming unspoilt natural surroundings. Beautiful unobstructed view massif. 1km from the slopes (alpine & Nordic) of the Olympic village resort. Very close to vast world-renowned ski areas: Courchevel-3 Vallées 21km away (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes), Champagny-en-Vanoise/Paradiski and its 430km of slopes 10km away. In the heart of the Vanoise National Park. Privileged location for hiking and cycling in the summer. Many sports and fun activities on site (swimming pool, ice rink, etc.). Pleasant enclosed garden with table tennis and table football. Paradise for children. Ideal for a "great ski" or nature & rejuvenation stay for lovers or families!
