Ground floor + 1st floor: living kitchen corner (sofa 1 bed 2 pers.), 1 mezzanine (2 single beds) pers, 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 pers.), bathroom, covered terrace with garden furniture, land. Ski Aillon young 17 km, the Margeriaz 19 km. Chalet contemporary wood, located out of the hamlet, quiet and solid South. Nice and warm cottage with Attic rooms. Solid pine furniture. Superb view on the Valley and the mountains. Superb contemporary chalet located 20km from the slopes of Aillon le Jeune and 23km from Margériaz. 19km away, cross-country skiing in St François-de-Sales, magnificent Nordic plateau of great renown Savoie Grand Revard (area of 150km of slopes). Privileged location in the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, preserved and authentic massif between Annecy, Chambéry, Aix les Bains and Albertville, cities of Art and History. Walks and hikes of all levels, including the GR96 and the GR de Pays Tour des Bauges. Many outdoor, sporting and fun activities spread over all the villages of this gentle mountain. Leisure center with developed lake in Lescheraines 10km away, Lake Annecy 28km, Lake Bourget 34km. Ideally located between Savoie & Haute-Savoie to explore on hikes or by bike. Possibility to rent the 2 gites for a total capacity of 12 people. An ideal stay between lakes and mountains!
