Private terrace. Courtyard + shared grounds. Pétanque ground. Closed shelter for skis and bikes. Ski Crest-Voland/Espace Diamant 200m, Les Saisies 8km. Cross-country ski trails Les Saisies. Flumet lake. Beautiful country house at the foot of the slopes, in the heart of the resort village. Southwest exposed quiet residential area. Good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Nice and cosy. Large private terrace gravels. Beautiful garden in common very neat and flowery (Swing). Beautiful unobstructed view of the village and the mountains. Close to shops and benenfits.
