East 42 B is a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom home located just one block to King Street. Upon entering the home you are welcomed into an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The main living area is great for relaxing after a day exploring all that Charleston has to offer. The primary bedroom boast a king bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. The second bedroom is just off the living area complete with a queen bed, and private ensuite. The third bedroom boast a king bed, custom millwork, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower just across the hall.

My family stayed here for a wedding we had in Charleston! They had a great time and absolutely love the beautiful house. Kerri was extremely welcoming and friendly. She brought my family coffee as well. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. The location was also fantastic and walkable!

Overall the property is amazing. Beautiful, clean, tons of space. The one downside is that in unit b (the one with two bedrooms) there is a bar across the street that is open until 2am. The music literally vibrates the whole room. So if you’re a sensitive sleeper or plan to go to bed early, something to consider. Yes, there is a white noise machine provided, but no, it doesn’t drown out the noise. My AirPods (and exhaustion from the first night) helped! Otherwise couldn’t have loved it more.
