East 42 - B is a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom home located just one block to King Street. Upon entering the home you are welcomed into an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The main living area is great for relaxing after a day exploring all that Charleston has to offer. The primary bedroom boast a king bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. The second bedroom is just off the living area complete with a queen bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. The third bedroom boast a king bed and custom millwork just across from the bedroom is the third bathroom complete with a custom tile shower.

Just outside the home there is a lovely courtyard perfect for morning coffee. East 42 - B is delightful and full of natural light, this home is perfectly located in the charming neighborhood of Cannonbourough/Elliotbourough where you will find local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques.

All good except being on the lower level was very loud. The top tenet was up each morning at 5am and woke us up and a lot of construction. Don’t plan on sleeping ever!

While we cannot control activity in surrounding homes or construction projects, we understand how this may impact light sleepers. To help make stays more comfortable, sound machines are provided in each bedroom for guest use. Our stay at this property was exceptional. The house is exactly as pictured and the host is very responsive when reaching out. The home is clean and the beds/furniture is very comfortable.The only issue we had was parking; there is only one parking spot for the unit and if the lot is full, it takes a lot of maneuvering to exit. The water pressure is somewhat low in all restrooms.

Great stay

We loved this property. It was easy to walk anywhere within Charleston and had great food close by. Island Provisions was a great local place for breakfast. This place is adorable and well decorated. It has its quirks since it’s historical but we didn’t mind because of the great location and Charleston vibes.
