The main living area is great for relaxing after a day exploring all that Charleston has to offer. The primary bedroom boast a king bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. The second bedroom is just off the living area complete with a queen bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. Beautiful Accommodations

The house was just as described! Location was perfect. The parking spot was possibly our favorite feature. The only thing that wasn't 100% was the water pressure in the showers, that could stand to be improved but everything else about the property was top notch!

Great location in a walkable city

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. 3 bed 3 bath perfect for 3 couples. Terrific bakery a half block away, easy parking (1 spot in lot for house street parking for additional vehicles), very walkable to restaurants. Very easy to communicate with as a phone number is posted on the fridge and response was quick.

Clean, pretty, convenient location. Only complaint is the parking spot for 42B. Awkward and has a scary drop-off. Do not drive a truck here and expect to park. Otherwise great place.

Perfect Location-Communication Excellent-Will Rent Again

We truly loved staying here! We were in Charleston for our son's wedding and two of our adult children and their partners stayed with us, so having our own bathrooms was ideal. The location is wonderful (and my favorite stay so far on Spring Street - lots of visits due to planning). Great restaurants are within walking distance (don't miss Maison!) The storage for apparel is not ideal for long gowns, but we made it work. We didn't cook (who does, when you come to Charleston??) but the choice between drip coffee or Keurig was a nice touch. The couch was comfortable, although slightly stained, and I figured "of course it would be.....people sweat or go to the beach, and then relax on the couch. The towels were a bit thin, and again, I'm not complaining....the beds, the outdoor sitting area, and natural light that comes into the space made our stay wonderful! Thank you so much!

Girls’ Trip

Perfect place for our girls’ (moms’) trip! The unit itself was adorable and decorated beautifully. Each room and it’s own unique style. All had amazingly comfortable beds and they’re own bathroom. The entire place was well-appointed…no detail was missing. Location was perfect just steps to King St., but also quiet enough for us moms to get some much needed rest! Highly recommend and will be back! Thank you :)

Clean, Quiet & Very Comfortable

We enjoyed this unit being all on one level without lots of stairs as is common in most Charleston properties. The host was very quick to return messages and fix a couple of minor issues that came up. The location was close enough to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and nearby King Street without being too noisy. The property is beautifully updated and appointed. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen with farmhouse sink and gas range. The host provided many of the basic essentials too (coffee, paper towels, laundry pods and dishwasher pods, etc...). The AC works really well too! I'm hot natured & it stayed nice and cool even in the unusually high temps we saw during our stay. We'd definitely book this property again!

Heavenly sleep

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were nice. Location is on the north end of downtown Charleston. Lots of nearby restaurants. The waterfront and Charleston city market are over a mile away. It was a big plus to have off street parking. FYI, if all the assigned spaces are being used it would not work to have a full size SUV or truck as those vehicles are longer than the parking space. The property management team is very responsive and they will work to find a solution if you do drive a large vehicle. We did a very enjoyable and filling walking culinary tour on Saturday afternoon and a highly recommended walking tour with Citadel history professor Erik on Sunday morning, early afternoon. Charleston is a beautiful city as is this property. Would stay here again.

Extremely disappointed. AM ASKING FOR A REFUND, PLEASE!

TV remotes all mixed up, no stools to get into the beds, a wet dirty towel on the back of a door, shabby, worn furniture. Broken off inside door handle in primary bathroom, squeaky doors, including a door coming loose from its hinges--woke us up at night. Extremely loud talking and laughing next door on 2 nights (1 am-2am) that kept us from sleeping. Noise machines ineffective. Jordan helped as much as she could. NOT what I expected from VRBO based on past experiences. I am sending a more detailed explanation.

Property was great for 3 65 year old women. Can walk to most places. No need for a car. We did Uber to/from airport & a few restaurants after walking all day!! Would highly recommend.

Ladies weekend away

This was a ladies getaway for myself and four of my friends. We stayed here late last year (2023) to attend the Christkindle Market. This place did not disappoint. I haven’t stayed in many Vrbo type rentals but from the ones i have stayed in this is by far the best. Very clean. The beds were super comfortable. It was like staying in a top notch hotel kind of comfy. We could tell it had been renovated at some point and everything was so well thought out and beautifully decorated.The only complaint while staying was in one of the bedrooms we couldn’t get the reading lights next to the bed to work. Not a big deal. This felt like a safe area. We even walked to a cafe nearby to pick up breakfast a couple times. There were some cute shops around the corner also that we explored. I did read in some of the reviews that it was noisy but that was not our experience at all. I plan on booking this place again next time i visit Charleston.

Great stay

We loved this property. It was easy to walk anywhere within Charleston and had great food close by. Island Provisions was a great local place for breakfast. This place is adorable and well decorated. It has its quirks since it’s historical but we didn’t mind because of the great location and Charleston vibes.
