All good except being on the lower level was very loud. The top tenet was up each morning at 5am and woke us up and a lot of construction. Don’t plan on sleeping ever!

As noted in our listing, the home is located in a vibrant downtown Charleston neighborhood where guests may occasionally experience typical city activity, including nearby construction, pedestrian traffic, and noise from neighboring residences. While we cannot control activity in surrounding homes or construction projects, we understand how this may impact light sleepers.
To help make stays more comfortable, sound machines are provided in each bedroom for guest use. We also want to note that the nearby construction activity has since significantly decreased and noise is now minimal.
Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Charleston in the future.
The host answered any questions we had promptly. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and to the City Market. It’s a convenient place to stay. The house was beautiful and very clean.
Our stay at this property was exceptional. The house is exactly as pictured and the host is very responsive when reaching out. The home is clean and the beds/furniture is very comfortable.The only issue we had was parking; there is only one parking spot for the unit and if the lot is full, it takes a lot of maneuvering to exit. The water pressure is somewhat low in all restrooms.
The property was clean and well-appointed in a great location. We would consider staying there again in the future.

Great location, easy walk to King Street, coffee shops and liquor store(which I advise go further due to very high prices for beer and wine)Well equipped kitchen
We loved this property. It was easy to walk anywhere within Charleston and had great food close by. Island Provisions was a great local place for breakfast. This place is adorable and well decorated. It has its quirks since it’s historical but we didn’t mind because of the great location and Charleston vibes.

Our group of 4 adults totally enjoyed this rental. Clean, spacious and comfortable property in a quiet area, and the heavenly bedding made for a great night’s sleep. Several fabulous restaurants are within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
