Beautiful 4 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom single family home, with pool & spa, and a great mountain & city view from the hilltop back yard that will take your breath away.

Only minutes to Temecula wineries and Pechanga Resort & Casino

The house was recently redecorated in 2017. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, utensils, cutlery, china, pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee pot, etc.,

The family room with a fireplace will keep you warm, cozy and relaxed in the winter evenings while you enjoy a glass of wine with your family members and friends, or watching your favorite movie from the FiOS TV cable, DVR or DVD, on the flat screen HDTV and DVD player. FiOS INTERNET AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS.

There is a lot more to see so come out and visit us, you will have a wonderful stay and visit to Temecula!

Note: Furniture in the bedrooms and living room were updated in August 2017. Some of the furniture may be different than with the ones pictured due to wear and tear replacement.

Note: Pool/spa area is generally closed during the winter months (late November - March) due to the cold Temecula weather. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the pool/spa during your stay. There is an additional fee to keep the pool/spa heated.
