Sands of Kahana 243 ~ Beach Front with OF Views! Remodeled Unique Corner Unit!

Rent with confidence. Our condo is in a resort property that is zoned Hotel and is exempt from the new Short Term Rental prohibition. We offer a very friendly cancellation policy.


BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED HOME AT THE SANDS OF KAHANA! THE REMODEL INCLUDES ZONED AIR CONDITIONING, AN ALL-NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOMS MOTORIZED BLINDS, FURNISHINGS, FLOORING, BEDDING, KITCHENWARE-- THE WORKS!! THE OWNERS ALSO ADDED AMENITIES SUCH AS NEW ART, AREA RUGS, NEW LANAI FURNITURE, DECORATIONS, ETC.

This unit is right above the beach. Only these few corner units have view windows in every room and bathroom, with every window looking out on palm trees, ocean, and beach just outside the unit. Plus, our corner is a prime ocean front location in the entire complex. Both Master Bedrooms have spectacular views and open to separate lanais. The front Master opens to the front lanai with a gorgeous 180-degree view of the beach and both Lanai and Molokai islands! The second Master Bedroom has a full wall window looking out to the beach and Lanai Island and opens up to a second lanai. Only these few corner units at this resort have exterior windows in the second Master bedroom and second bath and have a second Lanai. Soak in the front Master bath's tub or enjoy the second Master bath's shower- both while looking out over the ocean. Both showers have two shower heads, each with separate valve control. The front master shower has a separate "rainfall" head in the ceiling. Even with all the windows, this unit is well situated to maximize privacy. 2 King beds, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper. Spacious 1,736 Sq. Ft.

Our beach is much less crowded than so many of the other west side beaches. There's lots of sand and sun only a few feet from our building. On the south side of the beach there is an area where we daily see and swim with turtles. We often see turtles on the beach here. In the winter months and early spring you can watch the humpback whales putting on a wonderful display of breaching and tail slapping.

The Sands of Kahana has a New on-site restaurant and bar (Lahaina's Front St. favorite, Captain Jacks) overlooking the pool and hot tub, and out to the beach. There are also lighted tennis courts and basketball courts and putting green. Multiple BBQ grills are on the beautiful grounds.

It's an easy one to three blocks walk to local shopping, groceries and restaurants including the Maui Brewing Company. Kaanapali, Lahaina and Kapalua are less than 10 minutes away.

STATEMENT FROM OUR OWNER: Sands of Kahana 243 is our home away from home, and we live here quite a lot throughout the year. It is well maintained. You will find it's set up with everything you need for an enjoyable stay and more! This very comfortable condo leaves lots of room to stretch out and enjoy your Maui paradise!

4 Night minimum rental. There is a $325 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. A $75 resort fee will be collected upon check-in at the resort. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
