Enjoyed our stay. Great place and location. 2 concerns. Dryer didn’t dry properly and 2nd floor bunk room bathroom shower head is broken. Overall very pleased. Have a great day. Bob Levedag

Spring Break

My husband, sister, niece and friend of niece stayed for a week of bliss. We loved how close it was to the beach and the view was amazing! We had plenty of space to spread out or stay together and eat and watch movies after a day in the sun. We did have a couple rainy days but we shopped in Port St Joe and had a wonderful lunch at Peppers! We also ate at Cone Heads which came highly recommended. The food was great but we waited well over an hour for our food without an explanation?? We also visited all the shops on the cape and did miles of beach walking. All in all it was a fabulous trip and we would definitely recommend our place to just about anyone as long as they can handle lots of stairs. It was no problem for us! Already sad to go!

Great Location

Great location. Quick and easy access to the beach, pools and pickle ball court. Very quiet and private area. Could use more kitchen towels and dryer took 2 cycles for one load. Some windows could use updating and screens. Bedrooms were great and nice that each had own bathroom. All in all, very good experience, nice property and a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Great Annual Family Vacay Spot

We really enjoyed our stay! It was our second time in barrier dunes this year, and this unit was wonderful. The unit was extremely clean and well decorated. The beach access is super easy, especially with 3 small kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Really enjoyed it and plan to be back!
