Serenity Beachfront Condo at Cape San Blas- Winter 2026 Available

My Dunes Club's unit is a three-bedroom, beautifully furnished, first floor, beachfront condominium unit. This serene property is located on the Gulf of Mexico on Cape San Blas, a large hook of land jutting out from the mainland near Port Saint Joe, Florida. Dunes Club has a swimming pool, boat and trailer storage, beach boardwalk, elevator, high speed wireless internet, and free long distance phone calling. The unit has a large deck facing out to the Gulf of Mexico. The view is also readily available through the living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors. Colorful wooden rockers, dining table seating 6, and electric grill are available on the deck. There is a stairway from the deck to the ground just a few feet from the swimming pool. A boardwalk leads straight to the beach where you find few other people, if any.

Pelicans and gulls fly overhead fishing and dolphins may be seen in the water. Fishing can be done from the beach with a valid fishing license. The surf is typically gentle. This area is one of peace, quiet, and tranquillity. One can walk the beach, pick up shells, or swim. Children can run and play, swim, and build sand castles.

The front of our Dunes Club unit has an additional large deck with stairs to the ground and the other two floors above. Adirondack chairs have been provided and serve as a great place to make long distance cell phone calls. The elevator and rolling carts from the ground level parking area makes moving in and out easy as well as transporting groceries.

The unit is spacious, with luxury leather sofas with 5 recliners, and includes all necessary amenities. The master bedroom features a huge king-size bed which could easily sleep three persons. It has an adjacent master bathroom with bath tub and shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed plus a single bed with an adjacent bathroom which also is accessible from the main hallway. The third bedroom is small, colorful an set of bunk beds and small mounted TV. The master bedroom has a new flat screen television on the wall. The second master also has a wall mounted-swivel television. There is a large laundry room which provides extra storage area.

Our host was outstanding! She quickly replied to any questions we had prior to our trip and to one issue we had prior to departing. We loved the unit we stayed in. Everything was on one floor and so well laid out and furnished. Cozy, comfortable decks allowed privacy and great views of the Gulf. An elevator made it easy to cart items to our room. The pool area was so clean with comfortable chairs also. We loved this place and would recommend it to our vacationing friends.

Our whole family loved the condo at Cape San Blas. It was nice, clean, and had everything that we needed to make our vacation great and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals in house at the condo and had everything that we needed. If we ever return to FL we definitely want to stay here again.

We had a great week here. Nancy was super nice and very easy to reach. The condo was very comfortable. My kids loved the pool, and the short walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back!

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay very much and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the porch area and the fact that our unit opened right to the pool. The unit was clean and having a washer and dryer was a big help in keeping us clean. The only thing we were disappointed with was cars are allowed on the beach. Over all, we had a very nice vacation and Nancy was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

Lovely Condo

We were all very comfortable and very happy with the unit. The elevator was so very helpful. The view was beautiful and the porch a very nice place to sit even in the rain. Nancy, the host, was more than accommodating. She responded so quickly and was very helpful. The bed was very high and the toilets very low and difficult for someone with mobility issues is the only negative comment I could make. I wonderful place to stay.

Nancy was very responsive and super helpful in anticipation of our stay. We have spent many summers at the Cape and really enjoyed this location. If you go further down the cape you lose cell phone service. The condo is within walking distance of the Sand Bucket restaurant. Everyone in our group was very impressed with the food there! We loved the large patio and enjoyed behind able to walk straight down the steps to the pool. The closet was stocked with all the beach necessities which was super helpful traveling with kids. We visit the cape 3-4 times a year and look forward to returning soon!

Cape San Blas

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity but there needs to be more towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is in need of new pans and utensils. There are a couple of boards off the patio that need to be checked, they were a little soft. We do like to cook while on vacation and it was difficult with some of the kitchen things. Thank you for letting us share in your beach house for a few days.

Excellent location, beautiful condo!

This condo was great. We loved having the pool right outside where you can be on your back deck and watch the kids play. This area is quiet and peaceful, but if you want to go out to eat there are plenty of options. The condo was spacious and provided everything we needed and more. My only upgrade would be to have a queen size bed in the second bedroom versus a double. Since my parents traveled with us, my husband and I slept in the second bedroom and the bed was a little small for both of us. Other than that, it was perfect. Just a short boardwalk to the beach- and tons to do! The Kayak and paddle board rental place is right across the street. We saw turtles, sea urchins, star fish, dolphins. You can also take your chairs, tent and beach toys to the beach and leave them all week. WE LOVE CAPE SAN BLAS!!

Nice Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had everything we needed and the roomy balcony was wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed and the closet downstairs with the beach gear had lots of chairs and toys to use. The carts/wagons were especially appreciated. I was grateful for the pool during Tropical Storm Cindy as going to the beach was a bit iffy for a couple of days. Nancy was very responsive to any issues we had. My only suggestion would be to mount the tv in the small bedroom so that it can tilt. My daughter couldn't really see it from the bed. Also the condo association could probably stand to improve the boardwalk to the ocean. There are a few boards that were soft when stepped on and some of the rails were down and laying along the edge of the walk way. Other than that we had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful and un-crowded. I would stay here again!

Quite but great place for the family vacation

We just returned from an amazing week at Serenity Beachfront Condo at Cape San Blas and it truly exceeded our expectations. Very roomy private space with quiet beach accessible across the board walk. The location is perfect to do a day trip to shopping at Port St. Joe, or St. George island. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped beach rental for a family vacation, this is it!

Quiet and relaxing!

We enjoyed staying here very much. The pool was quiet and relaxing and the beach is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the back balcony with the constant breeze blowing. The balcony has stairs that lead to the pool which was also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
