Fun stay!

Enjoyed the trip. Close walk to the beach and pool is short walk as well. Very quiet neighborhood to relax with family and beach not crowded as well. Would recommend to others!

Perfect for our family of 4!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool, which made it so easy for our family to enjoy every moment. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to book again for next year!

House was very nice. Well equipped . TV was a challenge. Didn’t use the pool. Had great meal at the White Marlin in Port St. Joe.Long trip from West Palm Beach.

Great location, very nice place, but property could use some upkeep

The overall property is great, the house is great, the neighborhood was safe and friendly, a very easy walk to a more or less private beach. Only thing that could be an easy improvement would be the back "yard" area needs a fair bit of cleaning up as it was overgrown.

Quick Getaway

Quiet street on South Beach at Cape San Blas. 4th house from the cul-de-sac and the boardwalk to the Gulf. House was perfect for us. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs and beach towels as there none available for renters tho use.

Lake Hosuse

The property has major flooding issues. There is water underneath the entire ground area, up to 2 feet deep under the house over the drive. I would never suggest renting this property again and one of the HOA members said they would like to see the owner do something about the situation. We were unaware of this situation when we rented the property.
