Authentic stone house with pool for an unforgettable family holiday.



The holiday home awaits its guests in ian, a small rural village, 10 minutes' drive from the historic town of Pula and just a few minutes' drive from the beach. 2 bedrooms as well as an additional sleeping place in the living room offer space for 5 people. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed on request. The rooms are furnished in a rustic style with special attention to detail. You can store your bicycles in the storeroom.



The beautifully maintained garden and the terrace offer a pleasant stay in nature and shade for a relaxing first cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Refresh yourself in the private pool on warm days.



In Pula, the largest city in Istria, you have a wide choice of sports and leisure activities in addition to numerous cultural offerings and beautiful bathing opportunities. On the busier parts of the beach you will find many water sports options such as pedal boats, banana boats, water skiing, jet skiing and windsurfing. Mihael, Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar etwas früher ins Ferienhaus gelassen. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Pool war sauber und wurde zweimal die Woche gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, hat aber Alles, was man benötigt. Die Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Ein Außen Grill ist vorhanden, der Garten ist eingezäunt wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr netter Eigentümer, das Haus ist wunderschön und hält was es verspricht, gute Lage und wenig

Sehr netter Eigentümer, das Haus ist wunderschön und hält was es verspricht, gute Lage und wenig Touristen. Der Hauptplatz ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt wo es eine Pizzeria/Konoba gibt und zwei weitere Bars/Cafés. Alles weitere ist in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus und der Garten haben sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben 3 Kleinigkeiten beim Besitzer angemerkt (Aschenbecher, mehr Geschirrtücher und eine Außenlampe, die geflackert hat) - sofort am nächsten Tag wurde alles behoben. Auch ein gemütlicher Pooltag mit Grillerei ist kein Problem. Der Fischmarkt in Medulin sowie Lidl, Plodine und Konzum ebenso nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, für den es auch ein super Erlebnis war. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Haus und Pool waren sehr sauber, das Pool wurde zusätzlich auch noch einmal Mitte der Woche gereinigt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Lg Familie Ferstl

Der Vermeiter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber mit einer guten Ausstattung. Die Betten waren bequem. Deutsche Fernsehsender ebenfalls vorhandan. Der Pool wurde zweimal in der Woche gereinigt. Sehr ruhige Lage, hervorragend für Tagestouren. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder.
