The beautiful Villa Manuela is located in the charming fishing village of Banjole, very close to the most beautiful beaches in Istria. This pretty house has a modern design and is elegant and minimalist at the same time.



At the heart of the house is a tastefully decorated spacious room divided into an intimate lounge, kitchen and dining area. Three beautiful bedrooms (two with flat-screen TVs and three with exquisitely appointed bathrooms) complement the relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The hydromassage pool with comfortable loungers where you can relax with a good novel and an ice-cold drink is particularly inviting during hot summer months. To enjoy long, cozy evenings with a pleasant sea breeze, there is a covered summer dining area with a grill next to the pool. The house is equipped with solar power plants and central heating.



Villa Manuela is located only 500 meters from the sea, allowing guests to easily enjoy crystal-clear waters and beautiful coastal walks. The 36 m² swimming pool features free pool heating included in the price, making it perfect for relaxation throughout the season. A further outdoor terrace is located at the rear of the garden and is ideal for lazy afternoons in the shade.



Villa Manuela is located in a small holiday village of Banjole, just a short walk from the beach. The sea is definitely the highlight in this area and is a paradise. The small fishing village of Banjole is located on a small peninsula with a naturally sheltered harbor.



Pula, the largest city in Istria, just 6 kilometers from the villa, is world famous for its breathtaking Colosseum, an ancient amphitheater built during the 1st century, during the reign of the Roman Emperor Vespansian.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer modernen Ausststtung , 3 Duschbäder Autos standen im carport u durch das elekrische Schiebetor, standen die Autos sicher u nicht suf der Straße ! Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde , das die Mikrowelle sehr stark nach Essig gerochen hatte, vielleicht ein anderes Putzmittel benutzen Stadt Pula in ca 10min erreichbar , sowie Einlaufsmögl. Gstgeber sind sehr freundlich

Ein schöner und gelungener Urlaub mit Freunden, einfach perfekt !!!

Es war Alles super ! Ein schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Villa. Der Pool groß mit Wasser-Tisch und Sitzbank mit Massage-Düsen und flachen Kinderbereich. 3 getrennte Zimmer - 1 Zimmer perfekt mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett und eigenes Bad - 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenes Bad - 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und recht klein ( ohne eigenes Bad ) - 1 Badezimmer ist im Vorraum aber sehr schön - Grillplatz mit Grillwerkzeug ist auch vorhanden - Es war Alles sehr sauber und in Ordnung. - Lage zum Strand, ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch - Direkt neben der Villa kann man vom Vermieter ein sehr gutes Ölivenöl kaufen Wir waren 6 Personen, 6 Liegen wären gut ( es waren leider nur 4 )
