It was amazing!!!

Ernest and his family were the nicest people! If we had a question they always helped us the house was more than amazing and even better than in the pictures! We can only recommend the villa and say the nicest things about it! Even on my birthday they surprised us with a birthday cake. Everybody who will rent the villa will be more than positive surprised! Thank you for everything!

Sehr schöne Villa in der Nähe von Pula mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Es war wirklich alles so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Villa ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmert perfekt für den Urlaub mit der Familie oder mit Freunde. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Pula

Das Haus ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet . Im Verhältnis zu anderen Ferienhäusern geben wir 5 Sterne! Sauberkeit war top. Der Vermieter übernimmt den Check in selbst und ist sehr gut zu erreichen bei evtl. Fragen. 100% zu empfehlen!

We love Pula because we live here for generations and we know the people and the city. We live an active but still slow and sustainable life. We play tennis, cycle, walk, we enjoy good and simple food, we love to stay with our friends...

Why they chose this property

The property is new. The property is located in Vintijan which is a small village very close to the city center of Pula and still detached from the noisy city. It is a very quite and rural village that is located in a strategic part of the area...close to the city, close to the sea, close to the busy tourist villages, close to one of the best fish restaurant of the area....
The property is just perfect in this difficult period of COVID 19. You can stay away from the crowd and still enjoy the summer in a cool swimming pool.

What makes this property unique

I'm a tourist guide and I can show you around the first day of your stay... In addition I can suggest what to do and what to see with regards to protected areas of the Istria Region.
At the house you will find updated material (leaflets) to better enjoy and live the area of Pula/Istria.
In case you prefer to stay fit, you will have two bikes at your disposal during your stay.
The location is quite and you can enjoy a slow life.
