The beautiful Villa Rudi is located in the small charming town of Fazana, just 500 meters from the sea. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for a vacation with family and friends. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms at your disposal. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. On the first floor you will find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From here you have direct access to the covered dining area and pool, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner with the whole family. For more fun, there are darts and table soccer. The upstairs terrace is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of Istrian Malvasia in peace and quiet while watching the sun set over this charming little town.

Relax and enjoy your time by the private pool of this beautiful family villa.The lovely Villa Rudi is located in Valbandon, one of the two villages that make up the town of Fazana. Fazana is located on the southwest coast of the Istrian peninsula, just 8 km from Pula. The town is known for its excellent gastronomic offer: Olive oil, wine, prosciutto and sardines. Here you will also find around 60 cycle paths, some of which lead along the beautiful Adriatic coast with views of the Brijuni National Park. There is also a 4 km long hiking trail along the coast, ideal for romantic walks with your loved one. Fazana is also a place where you can enjoy various water sports: You can rent a jet ski, speedboat, paddle boat, canoe and bicycles. You can also try windsurfing and diving. There is even a semi-submarine that you can use to explore the rich underwater world. Nearby you will find the Jangalooz Adventure Park. You can take the whole family on a trip to the Aquapark in Pula or the Dinopark in Fontana. The nearby Brijuni National Park is also a good idea for a trip with the whole family.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten waren sauber, könnten allerdings einen Check up durchaus vertragen. Die Folie im Pool löst sich, die Küche, speziell die Laden sind nur mit äußerster Vorsicht zu öffnen. Aber, zumindest alles sauber. Enttäuscht haben uns die Fahrräder. Eines hatte nur ein Pedal und zwei platte Reifen. Der Vermieter stellte uns eine Handpumpe zur Verfügung. Leider half das nur kurzfristig. Zumindest bis zum Strand konnten wir fahren. Ein Highlight ist das Restaurant Vala, wirklich nur 200m entfernt und sehr empfehlenswert. Für Einkäufe, auch für den Weg zum Bäcker am Morgen, braucht man wenigstens ein Fahrrad. Die Angaben zur Entfernung sind eher Luftlinie als der tatsächliche Weg 😉 Fazit, wir haben uns mehr erwartet,
