On completely fenced property of 600sqm at guest's disposal there are well maintained garden with private swimming pool of 24sqm, spacious covered terrace with lounge area and with open dining area for 8 guests, sun chairs, portable barbecue, trampoline and 2 covered private parking spaces.



House Leticia extends on 200sqm, on two floors. On the ground floor there is spacious living room with an access to the terrace and garden, modern and well-equipped kitchen with spacious dining area for 8 guests, one shower/toilet, one double bed bedroom with an access to the terrace and swimming pool, and children's playroom. On the first floor there are three double bed bedrooms and one large bath/toilet. House is equipped with two air condition, one on the ground floor living room and one in the hallway on the upper floor. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
