The holiday villa is located in the small village of Fazana, opposite the island of Brijuni. The villa is on a closed 1500m2 of green land. There is a beautiful swimming pool with a size of 8x 4 meters and also a whirlpool with massage glands. At the request of the guests, the pool can be heated to 28 degrees for a fee of EUR 20 per day. You also have a living space of 250m2 at your disposal and a wonderful view of the sea.

Sehr schöner Herbsturlaub in Fazana

Das Haus ist super gelegen direkt in Fazana. In 5 Gehminuten ist man am Strand, an der Promenade oder im Supermarkt. Das Auto braucht man eigentlich nicht. Sehr sauberes Haus, alles funktionsfähig. Wunderbar war der beheizte Pool im Herbst- mega!!!! Toller Garten, hoch eingezäunt sodass man viel Privatsphäre hat! Wir würden wieder kommen!!!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool in guter Lage!

Das Haus, wie das gesamte Grundstück mit Pool und Garten, sind in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand und wirklich sauber. Die Bäder sind komplett neu renoviert und die sonstige Einrichtung ist ebenfalls modern. Das Haus liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum Fazana und dem Meer entfernt. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuverlässig und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ein Aufenthalt in der Villa Andrija ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen :)

Très bon séjour à Fazana

Toute la famille est enchanté par ces 2 semaines de vacances à Fazana à la Villa BRIONI VISTA Cette grande villa est très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire et elle est située à 3 /4 minutes à pieds des commerces et resto du centre ville et de la plage tout en étant au calme. Nos contacts avec la propriétaire ont été excellents. elle nous a en particulier apporté une aide précieuse pour finaliser nos moyens de transport et location de voiture avant notre arrivée et suite à notre demande, elle a immédiatement fournit de la vaisselle et des couverts supplémentaires. Nous avons trouvé cette petite cité de Fazana idéale pour un séjour en Istrie car elle possède tous les commerces nécessaires avec des restos succulents sans avoir les inconvénients d’encombrement et de circulation des villes plus importantes; elle est également très bien située pour visiter les alentours avec un accès autoroute à quelques kilomètres

Very nice situated splendid house

We enjoyed the spacius and lovely house with nice garden and cooling pool. The small problems were solved quickly and the host was very helpful. Pictures are giving the impression we experienced. Would like to come back to house Brioni Vista with perfect weather again! Only minor wish - more kitchen utensiles would be nice.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Auch ein kurzer Stromausfall wurde von der Vermieterin ernst genommen und sofort erledigt. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen da Geschäfte, der Strand, die Altstadt, aber auch der Arzt und die Apotheke zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Sehr zu empfehlen!
