Modernes Haus mit toller Einrichtung

Alles Neu und toll ausgestattet. Schöner Pool. Einzig und alleine die Türgriffe sind zu laut, da diese insbesondere Nachts wenn man mal raus muss, fürchterlich knirschen und quietschen. Die Betten sind extrem billig. Unter unserem Bett war kein Lattenrost sondern nur eine Spannplatte! Ansonsten 5 Sterne für die Einrichtung und den Pool. Zuverlässige und pünktliche Schlüsselübergabe.

Schönes Haus für 6 Personen

Das Haus liegt leider direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher nicht komplett ruhig aber auch nicht störend. Der weitläufige Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Kleiner Einkaufsmarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind sind auch in direkter Nähe derselbe Hauses. Größere Supermärkte sind in 2-5 Kilometern Entfernung in ausreichender Zahl verfügbar. Ebenso befinden sich schöne Städte in der Nähe (Fazana, Pula, Medulin). Die Nachbarin kümmert sich um den Müll sowieso Wechsel-Handtücher,etc.

Modernes, großzügiges und bequemes Haus

Wir waren Ende April für 1 Woche vor Ort. Trotz noch geringer Außentemperatur ist das Haus schön warm. Ein helles und modern gestaltetes Anwesen mit großem Pool und Garten, ausreichend Parkplatz. Etwas nervig sind alle Rollos mit manueller Bedienung (und es sind viele Fenster!) Die Betten sind für uns nicht sehr komfortabel (aber es gibt auch Gäste die harte Betten bevorzugen). Trotz dieser kleinen Mankos haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene +Hund) hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr neu, daher auch sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben super geschlafen.Es gibt einen schönen Grill und der Pool ist einfach super. Zum Meer sind es ungefähr 15 min zu Fuß. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme mit dem Müll, da noch keine Tonne vorhanden war, diese ist aber nun da.
