Villa Genesis - Oase im Herzen von Marcana mit Infinity Pool und Olivengarten

An oasis of comfort and relaxation in the heart of Marcana, featuring a private, heated infinity pool (saltwater, 40 square metres) with two massage loungers and a beautiful olive grove. The city villa is fully air-conditioned and built primarily of stone. It accommodates up to 6 people. The main house features a large kitchen with a separate living-dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor; two bedrooms, each with its own glass-enclosed bathroom, are located on the upper floor. A small terrace with a beautiful view of the entire property is located on the upper floor (4 chairs and a table). The third bedroom, with its own bathroom, is accessible separately next to the pool area. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with satellite TV and multi-room speakers for listening to music. Free Wi-Fi is available. The large outdoor terrace features an outdoor kitchen with a stone grill and an outdoor sink. A large dining table with 8 chairs is provided. A ping-pong table provides fun and games, and there’s a trampoline for younger guests. There are 5 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas available by the pool. In the evening, the holiday home is beautifully lit. Parking is available in front of the house (public). You will be renting the entire property, which is available for your private use. The Genesis City Villa has a fenced-in garden, making it ideal for families with children. Dogs are allowed upon request. Fees may apply. Marčana is a small Istrian town in the southeastern part of the peninsula. It borders the historic city of Pula, which offers numerous events and interesting sights. Shopping options are within walking distance right in town. A small pizzeria/bistro is also located in town and is within walking distance. Restaurants and larger supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached quickly by car. Beautiful Istrian beaches are just a 10–15-minute drive away, and Pula is about 15 minutes away. A 20-minute drive takes you to Fazana, from where a ferry departs for Brijuni National Park.
