Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool war eine tolle Bereicherung, gerade für Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Der Ort Rakalj ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort mit einem kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man die nötigsten Dinge kaufen kann. Von Rakalj aus kann man den Strand mit dem Auto schnell erreichen. Bootsverleihe, tolle Restaurants und die Stadt Pula sind nicht weit entfernt. Es war insgesamt ein toller Urlaub. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Amazing vacation home

We were absolutely amazed by the house. Nice rooms where everyone has their own bathroom, pool was bigger than expected, great outdoor area to eat together and barbecue and the owner was super nice. We extended our stay spontaneously on the last day which was also no problem. It was overall super nice and we hope to come back sometime!

Absolutely Fantastic

We spent our summer vacation 2022 in Villa Salvia in Rakalj. The house and the pool are simply amazing. We used the lovely outdoor kitchen every day. All 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms where all very clean and lovely. Air condition in all rooms. The nearby village was very authentic. The local grocery store was only 5 min walk from Salvia. The beach was only 10 min drive away. The host Monica is incredibly sweet and very helphul. We can only recommend Villa Salvia. We would love to come back.

Super freundliche Vermieterin

Zuerst muss man Monika absolut hervorheben. Aufgrund eines Krankenhaus Aufenthalts mit unserer Tochter, konnten wir nicht wie geplant anreisen. Monika war sehr verständnisvoll und hat uns eine Alternative angeboten, dass wir trotzdem in den Urlaub fahren konnten! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und wir sagen nochmal vielen Dank! Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber bei Ankunft! Lage super, auch wenn man für große Supermärkte etwas weiter fahren muss. Pool war sehr sauber & mit dem flachen Eingang super für die Kids. Von der Oberfläche etwas rau, daher haben wir den Kids Badeschuhe gekauft. Im Haus ist alles wie beschrieben vorhanden & in gutem Zustand. Kleinigkeiten sind defekt: z.B das Eisfach ist von den Verblendung abgebrochen. Aber man kann es trotzdem gut öffnen. Unser einzigster Nachteil waren die Tiere. Sehr schlimme waren Mücken und Fliegen. Wir hatten viele Katzen und Hunde im Garten / Poolbereich. Daher war es schwierig mal Sachen (Handtücher z.B) liegen zu lassen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie in der Vill Salvia. Wir haben besonders die geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer genossen. Die gepflegte Außenanlage mit dem wunderschönen Pool lud zur Entspannung ein. Da der Pool einen Flachwasserbereich hat, eigent er sich auch für Kleinkinder bestens. Der kleine Einkaufsladen vor Ort bietet das nötigste, für größere Einkäufe sollte allerdings bis zu einer halben Stunde Fahrt (einfach) eingeplant werden. Kleiner Tipp: unbedingt Mückenspray einpacken ;-) Besonders erwähnen möchten wir noch den freundlichen Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin Monika. Wir haben uns jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und der Außenbereich bieten viel Platz (wir waren zu dritt) und Komfort. Alles, was man so braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir wurden von Monica sehr nett empfangen, mit Obstkorb und Wein aus eigener Herstellung (sehr gut). Im Ort gibt es eine Pizzeria und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Uns hat es gefallen!

Sunny Ranch

We had a nice stay in this house. The property area is big, like a ranch :) and is very stylish - stone and wooden bars. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet - very convenient. Roofed grilled/fireplace - big and cozy - has big, vintage stone sink, so that one can gut the fish easily. Swimming pool, great. The market is just nearby. Beach - I recommend Duga Uvala - big flat stones - is ~10min drive by car. So enjoy!

Beautiful & clean villa

Villa Salvia is a very beautiful villa in quiet surroundings. The villa was very clean. At arrival everything was well prepared. The owner was very nice, communicative and helpful. The village Rakalj has a small supermarket with all basic needs and a small bar/pizza restaurant. The beach is 10 minutes by car. The villa and the village are an ideal location for people who are looking for rest and sufficient fun for kids by the garden, swimming pool and nearby beach. We really recommend this villa for families as well as for couples and groups of friends.

Wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist genauso schön wie es die Bilder versprechen. Wir hatten einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden wo man die alltäglichen Dinge bequem besorgen kann. Für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt es sich nach Pula zu fahren. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hallo Urlauber, wir (6 Personen- 3 Männer, 3 Frauen)24J. – 26J) waren Mitte August für 7 Tage in der Villa Salvia. Die Wegbeschreibung war für die Anfahrt war vollkommen in Ordnung. Bei der Ankunft hat uns der Vermieter herzlich Empfangen. Die Bezahlung der Villa verlief vollkommen Problemlos (Kaution, etc.). Leider hatte es das Wetter nicht gut mit uns gemeint. Wir hatte ( leider) 3 Tage Nieselregen). Was für die Ortsansässigen eine willkommene Abkühlung war. Die Villa ist Top. Es gab Nichts zu bemängeln!!! Die Zimmer + Bäder(alle Bäder mit Badewanne) waren sehr sauber und in neuwertigem Zustand. Jeder Raum konnte separat über die Klimaanlage gekühlt werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Backofen, Microwelle, Kühlschrank mit SUPER Gefrierfach!!) Das Grundstück ist gepflegt, der Pool ist ausreichend Groß zum abkühlen und Spielen. Feuerholz für die Grillstelle ist vorhanden(Holzlager ca. 50 m Fußweg). Es gibt in Rakalj einen kleinen Supermarkt. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir nach Pula gefahren. (Bezahlen nur in Kuna). !!!ACHTUNG!!! Pula ist ein einziges Verkehrschaos. EWIG lange Staus in der Innenstadt und Umgebung. Wenn wir nochmals nach Pula gehen, dann außerhalb Parken und mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt fahren. Grüße

Sehr schöne Vila , ein Traum

Am Anfang waren wir noch skeptisch , den oft versprechen die Bilder mehr als sie halten können aber nicht so bei der Vila Salvia , wir sind völlig begeistert von der Vila. Die Haus entspricht absolut den Bildern , jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Toilette , im Haus gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch , so das eigentlich locker 7-8 Personen übernachten könnten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und neuwertig , die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschine und Backoffen sind vorhanden , ebenso eine Mikrowelle und ein super Kühlschrank. In jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein TV Gerät und über Satellit sieht man viele deutsche Sender. Der Pool ist sehr schön sauber und läd zur Abkühlung ein , wer Grillen will kann das in einen überdachten Bereich am Haus wunderbar machen. Uns gefällt es sehr gut hier , die Gegend ist ruhig und das Wetter war und ist Klasse ! Wir haben ein guten Grill Restaurant in Bratulici gefunden , Grillplatte war lecker , in Krnica ist eine Pizzaria Kum die soll auch lecker sein , da waren wir aber nicht. An Hafen von Rakalji gibt es auch ein Restaurant aber das ist echt schwer zu finden , man fährt die Straße runder bis man fast ins Meer fällt und parkt am besten rechts auf der Schotterstraße , läuft weiter Richtung der Häuser und siehe da ist das Restaurant Sveti Mikula , Essen war OK aber uns hat es in Pula oder in Bratulici besser geschmeckt
