The villa is brand new, very modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished mostly with Italian-made furniture. The villa has 2 floors and is composed of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sofa bed in the living room means the villa can host up to 8 guests. All the main services are very near: 3 restaurants, bars, pizzerias, a grocery, bakery are within walking distance from the villa :) The villa is perfect if you want to spend your holidays in Istria in complete peace. Not only the summer: the villa is ready for your stay any time in the year, as it has floor heating all over the space, a beautiful fireplace in the living room, and air conditioning in every room! From here, you can reach Pula, Fazana, Rabac, Rovinj within a pleasant drive through Istrian surroundings.
