Villa Pomer will delight you as soon as you arrive! Located in the quiet settlement of the same name between Pula and Medulin, the villa welcomes you with its wonderful 32m2 pool, which you will want to jump right into. A well-tended olive garden forms a magical backdrop, while 8 sun loungers invite you to switch off and leaf through your favorite magazine. The covered terrace with barbecue is the place to spend enjoyable summer evenings dining with family and friends.

If you enter the villa via the terrace, you will find yourself in the open-plan living area. The living and dining areas are only separated by 2 steps. The light and simple furnishings are made of wood and blend in perfectly with the surroundings. There is a cozy bedroom on the first floor. It has access to the small veranda with a view of the pool and has a double bed.

On the second floor there are two further bedrooms with comfortable double beds and one with separate beds. All bedrooms have their own modern bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The balconies of the rooms on the upper floor offer a great view of the area and are perfect for enjoying your first cup of tea in the morning before heading out to explore Pula or the beach.

The villa is just a few minutes' walk from beautiful beaches. Pomer is the perfect place to enjoy the sea. Just a few minutes' walk away, there are various sports facilities: public soccer, volleyball and basketball court

and a children's playground. The Istrian peninsula is home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni. The Brijuni islands are only a short boat ride away from the beautiful fishing village of Fazana, which is only a short drive from the villa. Cape Kamenjak, which is only a short drive from the villa, is a must if you like unspoiled nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings.

Die Villa ist gut geeignet für größere Familien und besonders für einen Hund.

Die Villa ist gut geeignet für größere Familien und besonders für einen Hund. Das Grundstück ist rundum umzäunt und hat im Garten einen kleinen Olivenhain. Die Räume und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Genossen haben wir auch den Kamingrill und die überdachte Terasse. Den Aufenthalt am Pool und der Terasse wird allerdings durch die Lautstärke der Poolpumpe leicht beeinträchtigt. Die Vor-Ort-Betreuung durch Adisa war perfekt.

Wunderbare große, gepflegte Villa in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.

Wunderbare große, gepflegte Villa in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Das Haus ist nicht umgeben von Nachbarn und man konnte gut die Ruhe genießen oder auch mal Abends etwas lauter sein. Die Räume waren alle hell, sauber und sehr geräumig. Der offene Wohnbereich mit Blick in den Garten und auf den Pool ist einfach perfekt! Die tolle Terrasse mit Outdoorküche runden dieses einzigartige Objekt ab. Der Garten ist gepflegt und die Olivenbäume bieten eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit für den Hund. Gassirunden gibt es dort einige, unweit vom Haus entfernt. Der nahegelegene Strand ist 6 Minuten (Fußmarsch) entfernt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich durch Adisa empfangen. Sie stand jederzeit für mögliche Rückfragen bereit. Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Woche und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus in Pomer.

Tolles Haus in Pomer. Wir waren in den Pfingstferien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und haben die Größe des Hauses genossen. Die Weitläufigkeit und Größe der Räume sind klasse und der große Essbereich innen als sich außen sind perfekt! Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Adisa und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und waren für Rückfragen immer erreichbar (incl toller Tipps für die Umgebung). Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Betten super bequem. Der Pool war für die Kinder besonders toll und durch die alleinstehende Lage auch kein Problem wenn es vielleicht manchmal etwas lauter wurde :-). Der Kontakt mit myIstria war ebenfalls problemlos.
